    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ピストンロツドの表面に磁気スケールを形成し
    、該磁気スケールに対しシリンダヘツドに磁気セ
    ンサを設置した液圧及び空気圧シリンダの位置検
    出センサにおいて、磁気センサを取付けたハウジ
    ングに設けた長穴型スリツトと、カバーに取付け
    た回り止めにより磁気センサを±５度以内の回転
    角に抑える回転方向の規制をし、かつ長穴型スリ
    ツトはハウジングとカバーが摺動できるが外れ落
    ちない構造を有し、更にノツクピンによりカバー
    とヘツドとの位置決めをすることを特徴とする位
    置検出センサの取付装置。
