理液槽３をそれぞれ切り換え部材１１，１２，１
３，１４，１５を介して接続し、一方、前記処理
槽１内で表面処理したワークの洗浄をする洗浄槽
２に水槽９、および湯槽１０をそれぞれ切り換え
部材１６，１７を介して接続し、前記処理槽１に
連結された切り換え部材１１，１２，１３，１４
，１５のうちの所望のものを作動させた際、それ
に対応した処理液槽３内の処理液を前記処理槽１
内に充満可能とし、また、前記洗浄槽２に連結さ
れた切り換え部材１６，１７のうちの所望のもの
を作動させた際、それに対応した槽９，１０内の
水または湯を前記洗浄槽２内に充満可能としたこ
とを特徴とするりん酸処理装置。 ２ 前記洗浄槽２の上部には洗浄後のワークを乾
燥させる乾燥部材１８が設けられている請求項１
