Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 洗浄槽１と、該洗浄槽に洗浄液を供給する
    洗浄液供給ライン２と、洗浄槽１に満たした洗浄
    液に超音波を放射する超音波振動子３とから成る
    超音波洗浄装置において、前記洗浄液供給ライン
    ２に、脱気膜５を有し、該脱気膜を通して洗浄液
    中の溶存気体を真空脱気する膜式脱気装置４を挿
    設したことを特徴とする超音波洗浄装置。 (2) 洗浄槽１と、該洗浄槽に洗浄液を供給する
    洗浄液供給ライン２と、洗浄槽１に満たした洗浄
    液に超音波を放射する超音波振動子３を設けた構
    成であつて、前記洗浄液供給ライン２に挿設した
    脱気手段により溶存気体を除去した洗浄液で洗浄
    後の、被洗浄物を浸漬するための仕上槽６を設け
    、この仕上槽に仕上液を供給するための仕上液供
    給ライン２０を接続するとともに、仕上液供給ラ
    イン２０中に、脱気膜５を有し、該脱気膜を通し
    て仕上液中の溶存気体を真空脱気する膜式脱気装
    置４を挿設したことを特徴とする超音波洗浄装置
    。
