- 超音波洗浄器を配設してなる洗浄槽と、水にオ
ゾンを供給してオゾン水を生成するオゾン水生成
器を備え、オゾン水生成器から得るオゾン水を前
記洗浄槽に収容して、超音波洗浄とオゾン水洗浄
を同時に行い得るようにしたことを特徴とする洗
浄装置。
