第１図は本考案の一実施例の消泡装置を具えた
鋼板洗浄設備の構成を示す説明図、第２図はその
消泡装置を示す説明図、第３図は他の実施例にか
かる消泡装置を示す説明図、第４図は他の実施例
の分離タンクを示す説明図、第５図は他の分離タ
ンクの例を示す説明図、第６図〜第８図は本考案
の消泡方法の原理を示す説明図、第９図は従来技
術にかかる鋼板洗浄設備を示す説明図である。 図面中、２は鋼板、３はアルカリ浸漬タンク、
４は電解タンク、７はサブタンク、１０，２０は
消泡装置、１２，１２Ａはスプレータンク（スプ
レー室）、１３はスプレーノズル、１４，１４Ａ
は分離タンク（分離室）、２４はポンプ、２７は
冷却装置である。

Claims (1)
- 表面に油脂等が付着した鋼板をアルカリ液から
なる処理液中に導入してケン化によりあるいは電
解で発生した気泡により該鋼板表面の油脂等を洗
浄する鋼板の洗浄設備において、上記処理液が充
填された処理タンクあるいはこの処理タンクに連
結されて処理液の濃度・温度等の調整を行うサブ
タンクに連通されてこれらタンクより処理液を泡
とともに導入しうるスプレータンクと、このスプ
レータンクの内方上部に設けられて該スプレータ
ンクに導入された泡に該処理液と同種で且つ該処
理液より温度が低い処理液をスプレー状に噴射す
るスプレーノズルと、このスプレーノズルより処
理液を噴射された泡を保持して該泡中の液の分離
する分離タンクとを具備することを特徴とする鋼
板洗浄設備における消泡装置。
