Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 処理槽内の下部を整流多孔板で上下に仕切り、
    下部に洗浄液供給部を、その上方に洗浄処理部を
    区画形成し、 洗浄液供給部より洗浄液を供給して、整流多孔
    板を介して洗浄処理部に洗浄液の上昇流を形成し
    て処理槽の上辺部よりオーバーフローさせ、 複数の被処理基板を直立状に整列して収容した
    キヤリアを、洗浄液を貯溜した洗浄処理部内に浸
    漬し、洗浄液の上昇流で基板を洗浄するように構
    成した浸漬型基板洗浄装置において、 整流多孔板の上側に一対の渦流防止板を直立上
    に並列配置してキヤリアの脚部の下側をくぐり抜
    ける液流を阻止するとともに、各渦流防止板でキ
    ヤリアの両端部を支持してキヤリアの底部を整流
    多孔板より少なくとも２０mm以上上方へ離間配置
    したことを特徴とする浸漬型基板洗浄装置。
