- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 異なる処理液、洗浄液または廃液を収容す
る複数の液槽と、これら各液槽の上方に配置され
た注液口および排液口を有する処理槽と、前記各
液槽と処理槽とを連結する開閉弁を備えた配管と
、前記各液槽の処理液または洗浄液を前記処理槽
へ圧送する給液ポンプとを備えたことを特徴とす
る金属の表面処理装置。 (2) 処理槽中には洗浄水を噴出するシヤワーが
