Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 被洗浄物が搬送路に沿つて搬入部から洗浄液を
    収容した洗浄槽及び水洗槽に順次浸漬した後乾燥
    室へ搬送される循環式洗浄装置において、前記水
    洗槽に循環水路を接続するとともに、この循環水
    路にイオン交換樹脂を備えた水処理装置を設けた
    ことを特徴とする洗浄装置。
