Claims (1)
- 被洗浄物を浸漬させて洗浄を行う液循環式の洗
浄装置に於いて、洗浄槽内の被洗浄物の両側に多
孔板を設置し、洗浄液の供給及び排出を多孔板を
介して行うことを特徴とする洗浄装置。
