Claims (1)
- シヤワーノズルから噴出する洗浄液により帯状
の被洗浄体を洗浄するシヤワー洗浄装置において
、被洗浄体を隔ててシヤワーノズルと反対側の該
シヤワーノズルの噴出方向に相対する位置に配置
され、洗浄液を受入れる液受入口を備える洗浄液
受入装置と、洗浄液受入装置が備える液受入口の
両側に該液受入口と隔絶される状態で配置され、
吸引ブロアに接続される吸引口を備える飛沫吸引
装置とを有してなることを特徴とするシヤワー洗
浄装置。
