図は本実施例の工具自動交換装置を構成する搬送
体および工具ストツカーを一部を断面にして示す
拡大正面図、第４図は同右側面図、第５図は第３
図における−切断線線に沿つてみた要部断面
図、第６図はダイブロツクにダイを固定するため
のロツク機構の一例を示す要部拡大断面図、第７
図は工具交換作業の一例としてのダイの取り外し
動作を示す第６図と同様の図である。 １０……圧造成形機本体、１１……機台、１３
……ダイ、１４……ラム、１６……パンチ、２０
……工具交換装ステーシヨン、３６……搬送体、
３７……工具ストツカー、３８……係合手段、４

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 機台に並設された複数のダイと、これらのダイ
    にそれぞれ対向するようにラムに取り付けられた
    パンチとを有し、各対向するダイとパンチとの間
    に素材を順次供給することにより所定形状の製品
    を形成する多段式圧造成形機における上記ダイや
    パンチ等の工具の自動交換装置であつて、上記機
    台もしくはラムにおける複数の工具の配設位置に
    対応する位置関係で当該複数の工具を載置可能と
    された工具ストツカーと、該工具ストツカーを互
    いに対向する上記機台とラムとの中間位置と、当
    該圧造成形機の近傍に設けられた工具交換ステー
    シヨンとの間で搬送する搬送体と、該搬送体と上
    記工具ストツカーとを着脱可能に支持する係合手
    段と、上記搬送体に設けられて機台もしくはラム
    に取り付けられている工具に係合し、あるいは上
    記工具ストツカーに載置されている工具に係合す
    る係合部材と、上記機台もしくはラムと上記工具
    ストツカーとの間で各工具を受け渡しするように
    上記係合部材を駆動する駆動手段とを有すること
    を特徴とする多段式圧造成形機の工具自動交換装
    置。
