[Prior Art] In the production of decorative materials, there is a method of using a combination of matte ink and gloss ink to create a three-dimensional feel, but the product still lacks three-dimensional depth. In order to create three-dimensional depth, there is a method of printing a pattern on a base material and then forming a transparent synthetic resin layer and embossing it. Although this creates a certain three-dimensional effect, the embossing does not determine the gloss. Therefore, it is difficult to obtain the desired design feel. The applicant has proposed a decorative material that solves these problems by sequentially laminating a synthetic resin layer, a concealing solid printing layer, a pattern printing layer, and a gloss adjustment layer on a base material, and then applying embossing. (Unexamined Japanese Patent Publication No. 61-293854). This decorative material is beautiful and has a feel similar to natural products. The applicant also wishes to disclose a decorative material in which colored ink is wiped onto the embossed recesses on the surface of the decorative material (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 147135/1983). However, it has been experienced that when these decorative materials are used for a long period of time, the patterns become thinner and the ink peels off due to scratches, resulting in scratches.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The decorative material of the present invention basically consists of a base material (1), a concealing solid printing layer (2), a pattern printing layer (3), as shown in FIG.
), a transparent synthetic resin layer (4) and a gloss adjustment layer (5) are laminated in this order, and embossing (6) is applied. As shown in Figure 2, a second pattern printing layer (3B> and a second transparent synthetic resin layer (4B) are provided between the transparent synthetic resin layer (4) and the gloss adjustment layer (5). In this way, the pattern printing layer (3) and the second pattern printing layer (3B
) and the shadow of the second pattern printing layer (3B) projected onto the concealment solid printing layer (2) increases the three-dimensional effect, so this is a recommended mode. Typical base materials are various types of paper, such as tissue paper, bleached or unbleached kraft paper, high-quality paper, reinforced paper (latex-impregnated paper), and mixed paper mixed with synthetic resin. , titanium paper, linter paper, paperboard, gypsum board paper, etc. Plastic film can also be used. Examples include plastic films such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene terephthalate, polycarbonate, nylon, polystyrene, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer, and ionomer. In addition, wood base materials such as wood, plywood, and particle board, gypsum base materials such as gypsum board and gypsum slag board, pulp cement board, asbestos cement board,
Fiber cement boards such as wood chip cement boards, GRC and concrete, metal foils or sheets such as iron, aluminum, copper etc. can also be used. Of course, base materials made of composites of the various materials listed above can also be used. The ink or coating composition for providing the pattern printing layer, the second pattern printing layer and the concealing solid printing layer includes a vehicle containing a colorant such as a pigment or dye, a plasticizer, a stabilizer, other additives, a solvent or a diluent. Use a product made by kneading. Suitable materials for the vehicle include ethyl cellulose,
Cellulose derivatives such as ethyl hydroxyethyl cellulose, cellulose acetate propionate, cellulose acetate, styrene resins and styrene copolymer resins such as polystyrene, poly-α-methylstyrene, polyethyl methacrylate, polyethyl acrylate, polyacrylbutyl, etc. Single or copolymer resins of acrylic or methacrylic acid esters, rosin, rosin-modified maleic acid resins, rosin-modified phenolic resins, rosin ester resins such as polymerized rosin, polyvinyl acetate, coumaron resins, vinyl toluene resins, polyvinyl chloride, These include polyester, polyurethane, butyral resin, etc. Two or more of these may be used in combination. For solid printing, an inorganic pigment such as titanium dioxide with excellent hiding performance is used as the main ingredient, and for pattern printing, an appropriate coloring agent is used. The transparent synthetic resin layer provided on the pattern printing layer and the second pattern printing layer is made of polyolefin resin such as polyethylene, polypropylene, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, ionomer, saturated polyester or polyvinyl chloride. Thermoplastic resins other than those listed above, thermosetting resins such as unsaturated polyester resins and polyurethane resins may be used. From the perspective of improving the surface properties of decorative materials, films of fluororesins such as polyvinyl fluoride, polyvinylylene fluoride, and polyfluoroolefins, films of acrylic resins such as polymethyl methacrylate, or laminates thereof are recommended. It is particularly preferred to use These synthetic resins may be colorless or colored, as long as they are transparent, and can be used as desired. To form a synthetic resin layer, a coating method such as extrusion, T-die, roll coating, or gravure coating is selected depending on the physical properties of the synthetic resin used. When a polyolefin resin with poor adhesion is used as the synthetic resin layer, it is preferable to employ an extrusion coating method, and it is preferable to apply an anchoring agent such as alkyl titanate or polyethyleneimine as a coat q prior to coating. Similarly, the synthetic resin layer may also be treated to improve adhesion. For example, when a synthetic resin layer is formed using polyolefin resin, corona discharge treatment is performed to reduce the "wetting index" of the surface of the synthetic resin layer to 3.
It is desirable to set it to 8 dyne/crit or more,
This improves the adhesion of the printing ink. The gloss adjustment layer imparts a desirable gloss to the surface of the decorative material, and can be formed by applying a paint using an appropriate vehicle. Vehicles include polyurethane, acrylic resin, amino resin, nitrocellulose, alkyd resin, polyester, polyvinyl butyral,
Resins such as melamine resin, cellulose acetate, polyvinyl chloride, polyvinyl acetate, polystyrene, and polyvinyl alcohol can be used alone or in combination. Usually, a suitable amount of a matting agent is dispersed in the paint forming the gloss adjustment layer to give the desired degree of matting, but a cloth (glossy) type paint that does not contain any matting agent is sometimes used. The polishing agents that can be used are mica, silica, alumina, calcium carbonate, diatomaceous earth, silica sand,
These include inorganic hollow bodies such as whitebait balloons. When uniformly forming the gloss adjustment layer on the pattern printing layer, methods such as gravure coating, roll coating, air knife coating, spray coating, flow coating, etc. may be used.
When forming a pattern, the same printing method as when forming a pattern printing layer may be used. The gloss adjustment layer can also be formed by combining two or more types of paints with different matte degrees. In this case, in addition to providing a gloss layer on a matte layer, a matte layer may be provided on top of a gloss layer, or a matte layer and a gloss layer may be separately provided on the same surface. Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 2, either the matte layer or the gloss layer (5) may be provided solidly, and the other layer (5A) may be provided in a pattern. When the gloss adjustment layer is provided in a pattern that matches the pattern below,
Increases visual three-dimensionality. If desired, a glittering colored layer is provided on the concealing solid printing layer or the pattern printing layer. The shine of wood, the luster of leather, the brilliance of stones, and the luster of cloth are well reproduced by this technique. Examples of pigments that form the glitter colored layer are as follows. (a) Pearl pigments, specifically those made by crushing the inner parts of shellfish or true spheres, fine particles of mica, ma, and squid baked with TiO2 or iron oxide, and (b) metal powders. , specifically copper, aluminum,
Brass, bronze, gold, silver, etc., preferably 1 to 120
(c) Fragments of vapor-deposited plastic film, such as polyethylene terephthalate film on which the above-mentioned metal, usually aluminum, is vapor-deposited and crushed (silver powder), which is coated with a transparent yellow coating after vapor deposition. (Crushed into powder). These glitter pigments are selected depending on the gloss, luster, and brilliance of the object to be reproduced, and two or more kinds can be used in combination as necessary. Embossing is often used to express the conduit grooves in the wood grain, to reproduce the glossy state of the painted version, or to combine these. If you want to express the feel of wood fibers, it is best to use hairline embossing along the direction of the wood grain. In order to express the texture of natural wood with hairline embossing, the pitch of the hairline should be set to 3.
It is preferable to make it 00μ or less. It goes without saying that hairline-like embossing and conduit groove-like embossing can coexist; for example, embossing that expresses the feeling of ``Uzukuri'', mirror-like embossing to create a shine, and embossing that eliminates gloss. Materials such as those made of satin material are suitable when printed with wood grain patterns. If you want to express the feel of leather, a material that imitates the roughness of the surface of the skin, a satin finish, or a surface that is almost mirror-like is suitable. Items that imitate unevenness and cracks, and mirror surfaces are suitable for expressing polished stones. In the case of cloth, plain weave, diagonal weave, satin weave, or a combination of these, with uneven texture, is suitable. An effective method for increasing the design effect is to fill the recesses of the embossing with colored ink.
As a filling method, a so-called wiping method is preferable, in which colored ink is applied to the entire surface including the recesses provided by embossing, and ink other than the recesses is scraped off with a doctor blade, roll, cloth, or the like. This method is particularly effective in faithfully reproducing the concave portion of the wood grain conduit embossing, and the optimal ink color used in this case is black or brown. The ink to be filled is a commonly used vehicle such as polyurethane, acrylic resin, polyester, or polyvinyl chloride, containing known pigments such as carbon, red iron, or cyan blue. In this respect, a two-component curing type that is crosslinked with isocyanate or amine gives particularly good results. [Function] In addition to the structure of the decorative material proposed above, the decorative material of the present invention has a transparent synthetic resin layer provided above the pattern printing layer and below the gloss adjustment layer. The transparent synthetic resin layer protects the pattern printing layer, prevents the pattern printing layer from being contaminated, abraded, and peeled off by scratches, and improves the surface properties as a whole. [Example 11 A thin paper with a basis weight of 40 g/m was coated with high-density polyethylene "Mirason 14" (Mitsui Polychemicals) to a thickness of 20 μm. A base material was prepared by subjecting the surface of the polyethylene layer to corona discharge treatment so that the "wetting index" was 38 dyn[3/crA or more. Ink for concealed solid printing is applied to the corona discharge treated surface of this base material.
sP] (manufactured by Showa Ink Kogyo), and a cedar grain pattern was gravure printed thereon using pattern printing ink rsAM] (manufactured by Showa Ink Industries). On the pattern printing layer, extrusion coat high-density polyethylene (same) to a thickness of 20μ, and then apply an isocyanate-curing urethane matte coating containing 3% by weight of microsilica and having a 75° gloss value of 20. Apply varnish (manufactured by Showa Ink Industries) to a plate depth of 3.
Gravure printing was performed using a 0 μm gravure plate to form a matte layer over the entire surface. Next, a urethane-based gloss varnish (same as the same) with a 75° gloss value of 80 was gravure printed on a portion of the cedar grain pattern corresponding to the autumn wood portion to form a gloss layer. The thus obtained printing paper was heated to 120'C to soften the polyethylene layer, and a hairline embossing roll (widthwise pitch 100-200μ) with a surface temperature of 20°C was used.
) and embossing was performed by matching the hairline direction to the fiber direction of the cedar grain pattern (tree growth direction) to obtain the decorative material of the present invention.

A part of the cedar grain pattern was gravure printed on it using the ink rsAMJ (described above) for pattern stamps, and extrusion coated with high-density polyethylene to a thickness of 20 μm. The surface of the polyethylene layer is treated with corona electrolysis to make the "wetting index" 38 dyne/crd or higher, and then another pattern printing ink rG&MJ (manufactured by Showa Ink Industries) is added thereto.
The remainder of the pattern was gravure printed to form the same polyethylene layer as above. A wood grain conduit embossing was created in the same manner as in Example 1, and the colored ink rW-141J (manufactured by Showa Ink Industries) was applied to the entire surface of the embossed uneven surface, and then the colored ink was scraped off except for the concave areas with a doctor blade and wiped. processed.
The decorative material of the present invention was obtained by forming a matte layer with the same varnish as in Example 1 and faithfully reproducing the conduit pattern of natural wood. Effects of the Invention 1 The decorative material of the present invention has a sense of depth similar to the previously disclosed decorative material, or has a beautiful appearance with a design unique to the weaving color, and has scratch resistance and It has improved surface properties such as weather resistance and stain resistance. Therefore, even if it is used for a long period of time or even if it is used roughly to a certain extent, the pattern will not fade or peel off to show any scratches.
