Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a natural feeling without an intermediate plastic layer using characteristics that a part of bright ink is seen as if it was relatively levitated by providing an irregular substrate having a pattern made of a bright part and an unbright part on the surface thereof. CONSTITUTION:On a substrate 1 having irregularities on the surface thereof, a part printed with bright ink 2 and a part printed with normal coloring ink 3 are provided, and thereon a transparent protective layer 4 is provided. In this manner, a partial printing part of the bright ink 2 exists together with a partial printing part of the normal coloring ink 3 in a mixed state, which produces intrinsic properties that the part of the bright ink 2 having a glossiness can be seen as if it was levitated from the part of the coloring ink 3 having no glossiness. In this manner, a design with a natural feeling can be obtained. Furthermore, in each of the glossy part and the unglossy part, the irregularities of the substrate 1 provide a depth to a design. This effect is emphasized particularly in the glossy part, in which various types of glossiness can be exhibited.

[Industrial Application Field 1] The present invention relates to a decorative material having a three-dimensional effect. [Prior Art] Decorative materials used for walls, floors, ceilings, etc. of buildings are basically formed by providing a pattern printing layer and a surface protection layer on a suitable base material. With the recent trend toward luxury, these decorative materials have come to be preferred over those with two-dimensional patterns to those with a three-dimensional appearance that gives a sense of depth. Until now, patterns with a three-dimensional effect have been produced by placing a plastic intermediate layer between the base material and the surface protective layer, and dividing the pattern printing between the base material and the intermediate layer and between the intermediate layer and the protective layer. Set up (
It is formed by a mechanism that allows you to directly see that these two patterns are actually separated vertically by an intermediate layer. However, providing an intermediate layer of plastic means that
Not only does it add one step to the manufacturing process, but it also increases the amount of plastic used, which is economically disadvantageous, and there are also problems in that it reduces flame retardancy. [Problem to be Solved by the Invention 1] An object of the present invention is to solve the characteristic that the glitter ink part appears relatively prominent, which is inherent in printing in which a glitter ink part and a non-glitter ink part are combined. Take advantage of
To provide a decorative material having a three-dimensional effect even without a plastic intermediate layer. [Means for Solving the Problems 1 The decorative material having a three-dimensional effect of the present invention basically has an uneven base material with a pattern on the surface consisting of a glittering part and a non-glittering part. It is. Preferably, as shown in FIG. 1, a printed part of a glitter ink (2) and a printed part of a normal colored ink (3) are provided on a base material (1) having an uneven surface. A transparent surface protection layer (4) is provided on the surface. Instead of printing with glitter ink, it is also possible to form a pattern by using a textured base material kneaded with glitter pigment and then printing ordinary non-glitter colored ink thereon. For example, the following materials may be used as the base material. Inorganic materials such as steel plates, PVC sol-roth steel plates, aluminum plates, copper plates and other metal plates, glass plates, marble plates, porcelain plates, 5-bulk hoards, asbestos cement plates, calcium silicate plates, and GRC (glass fiber reinforced cement) plates. These include wood boards such as material boards, plywood, and particle boards, and plastic boards such as polyester, melamine, polyvinyl chloride, and diallyl phthalate. In addition, paper such as tissue paper, kraft paper, titanium paper, linter paper, paperboard, 0-bulk port paper, and vinyl wallpaper, as well as polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, polyvinylidene chloride, polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene terephthalate, and polycarbonate. Films of plastics such as , nylon, polystyrene, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymers, ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymers, and ionomers, and foils of metals such as copper, aluminum, and iron can also be used. When using materials such as metal plates or inorganic material plates, where it is difficult to create irregularities on the surface of the base material, use the enhanced film (12) as shown in Figure 2.
) may be laminated with an adhesive (13). It is also possible to form the unevenness after printing, as in the embodiment described later. Glitter ink refers to ink that uses coloring materials called "glitter pigments" as listed below.
(b) What is called pearl pigment, specifically the inner part of a shellfish or crushed pearl, mica, or mica fine particles baked with TiO2 or iron oxide; (b)
Fine particles of metal powder, specifically copper, aluminum, brass, bronze, gold, silver, etc., preferably 1 to 120μ, (
C) Fragments of metal-deposited plastic film, such as polyethylene terephthalate film coated with the above-mentioned metal, usually aluminum, and crushed (silver powder), and crushed pieces that are coated with a transparent yellow coating after vapor deposition ( golden powder). Any ordinary non-glossy colored ink is fine. When printing a pattern with a non-glossy ink on a base material printed with a glitter ink, an ink with high concealment properties containing titanium dioxide, carphone powder, etc. is used. The pattern is arbitrary, but stone patterns such as marble and Mikagu stone,
Abstract patterns such as polka dots, floral patterns, or striped patterns are effective in expressing a three-dimensional effect. The printed portion of the glitter ink and the printed portion of the normal colored ink may be provided in any of the following embodiments. b) A pattern printed with a colored ink on a solid print of a glitter ink; (a) A pattern printed with a glitter ink on a solid print of a colored ink; c) A pattern printed with a glitter ink. Combination of pattern printing of colored inks Printing of the glitter ink and the colored ink may be performed by known means such as gravure printing and screen printing, and the thickness of the printed layer may be about 1 to 10 μm. Surface protective layers are commonly used for this purpose, such as various cured resins such as acrylic resins, fluororesins, unsaturated polyester resins, epoxy resins, polyurethane resins, UV- or electron beam-curable urethane acrylates, and polyester acrylates. Choose from resins as appropriate depending on the application. For example, if a decorative material is to be used as a ceiling material, it should be made of a material that is inexpensive and easy to form a film, such as acrylic resin paint, and if it is to be used as a floor material, it should be made of a material with high wear resistance and strength. Curable resin paint is suitable. The thickness of the protective layer varies depending on the application and material.
Generally, the thickness is 1 to 20 μm. As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the surface protective layer completely fills in the irregularities of the base material and leaves a smooth surface, which prevents dirt from accumulating on the surface and also makes it look like a well-polished marble surface. It is effective in bringing out the appearance of stone. However, the uneven surface of the base material may not be completely filled in, but may have an uneven surface having approximately the same shape as the base material. The surface protective layer may be preferable from the viewpoint of physical properties such as surface abrasion resistance and stain resistance, and from the viewpoint of enhancing the three-dimensional effect, or may not be provided depending on the use of the decorative material. [Function] The decorative material of the present invention has a mixture of partial printing with glitter ink and partial printing with normal colored ink, and the glossy glitter ink part appears to stand out from the dull colored ink part. By exhibiting this unique property, a design with a three-dimensional effect can be created. In both shiny and non-shiny areas,
The unevenness of the base material adds depth to the design. This effect is emphasized by the fact that the appearance of the gloss is different, especially in the glossy areas. [Example] A pearl ink in which a pearl pigment was dispersed in a polyvinyl chloride vehicle was prepared as a glitter ink, and a white ink in which titanium oxide was dispersed in a polyvinyl chloride vehicle was prepared as a colored ink. On a polyvinyl chloride film (manufactured by Riken Vinyl) with a thickness of 0.1 M, pearl ink was printed solidly to form a printing layer with a thickness of 5 μm, and on top of that, a white ink using titanium dioxide as a pigment was applied. A gravure-printed Mikagu stone-like abstract pattern. This film was rolled to a depth of 30 μm using a roll-enhosing machine.
Embossed the abstract pattern of m. An emulsion of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer was applied as an adhesive onto a 2.5 M thick plywood board, and the above film was laminated with the printed side facing up. On top of that, a colorless and transparent urethane acrylate-based UV-curable paint was applied using a flow coater, and the coating was cured by irradiation with UV light from a high-pressure mercury lamp (output 80 W/'cm), resulting in a 100 μm thick surface protection. formed a layer. The obtained decorative material of the present invention had a design with a rich three-dimensional effect reminiscent of the fractured surface of Mikagu stone.

The decorative material of the present invention has a three-dimensional design and is particularly suitable as an interior material, and can also be used as an exterior material if the required weather resistance is imparted. However, since it does not have a plastic intermediate layer, it has higher flame retardancy than conventional products with a similar appearance.
