However, the woodgrain decorative sheet as described above is a simple one in which, particularly with respect to the uneven pattern, a pipe matte or a regular or irregular pattern is represented by dots, and the pitch of the irregularities is also large. Because of the roughness, only a sense of unevenness could be visually perceived, and all decorative sheets were less uniform and less uniform than natural wood. Also, a decorative sheet has been proposed in which a base sheet is provided with an uneven pattern giving a wood grain feeling, and a transparent top sheet provided with a printed layer of a conduit pattern and the like is laminated and integrated on the base sheet. The above difficulties (for example, when lamination is performed with a solvent-based adhesive, the shape of the uneven pattern is deformed due to the solvent attack, or the winding or the step mark of the joint portion appears over a long range) As a result, the design effect due to the uneven pattern was not sufficiently exhibited. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a woodgrain decorative sheet capable of solving the above-mentioned disadvantages of the prior art, having a very realistic woodgrained cosmetic appearance, and being stably and inexpensively manufactured.

As a material constituting the sheet substrate 1 (or the colored sheet 5), a thermoplastic resin film or sheet is suitable. Specifically, polyethylene, polypropylene,
Films and sheets composed of resins such as polyolefin resins such as ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymers and ionomers, saturated polyesters, polyvinyl chloride, and ABS can be used. These may be used alone, but preferably two or more types are used. It is used as an appropriately combined complex. The type of coloring in the coloring sheet 5 is, for example, a yellow-brown color or a brown-based color when expressing the overall color tone of the grain. When the base material 1 is colored with a sheet material mixed with a brilliant pigment, the same content as described above can be used. However,
When the color solid printing is separately performed on the sheet material, the coloring of the base material 1 itself may be omitted. The overall thickness of the sheet substrate 1 is about 25 to 200 μm.

The glittering pigments include metal powders such as aluminum powder, gold powder, silver powder and copper powder, pigments having a metallic luster such as metal flakes and cut pieces of metal-deposited synthetic resin films, titanium dioxide-coated mica, fish scales Pigments having pearl luster or interference luster such as foil and bismuth oxychloride can be used. The brilliant pigment is mixed with a known vehicle to form an ink to form the brilliant resin layer 6 with the ink, or directly mixed with the resin composition of the substrate 1 for use. The content of the glitter pigment varies depending on the form of the sheet substrate, but is usually about 5 to 30% by weight. When the glitter resin layer 6 is formed, the glitter pigment is particularly preferably a mica pigment in view of chemical stability such as acid resistance and alkali resistance. Further, when the decorative sheet of the present invention is adhered to another substrate with a vinyl chloride / vinyl acetate copolymer adhesive, the aluminum powder causes a reduction in glitter and discoloration due to a chemical change. Such a change is good without any change, and the selection range of the adhesive is widened. The glittering resin layer 6 is formed by printing on one side of the colored sheet 5 entirely, and a printing method such as gravure printing, flexo printing, or silk screen printing can be employed for the printing.

The fine unevenness 2 in the present invention is obtained by appropriately combining two kinds of unevennesses, namely, line-shaped unevenness 7 and wood-surface unevenness 8. The linear unevenness 7 is an uneven shape formed of any one of a parallel straight line group, a continuous curve group, or a composite line group in which the straight line group and the curve group are combined (see FIG. 3).
On the other hand, the wooden skin unevenness 8 is an uneven shape obtained by actually molding the wooden skin of the natural tree (see FIG. 4). The line-shaped unevenness 7 plays a role of producing an illuminance such as a natural wood grain which is visually recognized by being moved particularly depending on the viewing angle. The unevenness 7 may be any of the above-mentioned line groups. In particular, as a preferable mode of expressing the shine of the wood grain, a wavy curve such as a sine wave is formed as an uneven portion (groove) having an uneven shape as shown in FIG. Are arranged in parallel with each other. As the wavy curve, in addition to a sine wave, a function curve such as an elliptic function, a Bessel function, or a cycloid, or a measured data curve such as a sound signal waveform measured by an oscilloscope can be applied. The intervals between the curves in the curve group may be all the same (that is, parallel) or may be irregular. In the case of any of the line groups, the unevenness 7 is shown in FIG.
Are shown as projections of width: d 1 and the recess width: d 2 is 1 to 1
It has a linear cross-sectional unevenness of 00 μm.
In addition, the unevenness 7 may be provided on the entire surface of the sheet base in a case where the shine extends over the entire surface of the decorative sheet, and may be provided only on a necessary portion of the sheet base in a case where the shine is partial.

When the width of the projections and the depressions exceeds 100 μm, each parallel line group has a remarkably geometrical texture such that each line can be distinguished one by one, and is not suitable for illuminating natural wood grain. is there. It is even more preferable that the width is 5 to 30 μm from the viewpoint that a clear and realistic illuminance is easily produced. The depth of the recess is preferably about 1 to 100 μm. The depth of the recess is usually single throughout, but
By appropriately arranging the depth for each of the divided areas and changing the depth in a regular (stepwise) manner, a shining appearance in which the shining feeling slightly changes depending on the area can be realized. Illumination (gloss) appears to move according to the observation direction and the illumination direction by such a curve group groove.

The wood grain unevenness 8 is obtained by photolithography or etching using an original photograph of a natural wood tree (texture) (reduced or enlarged as necessary), electroforming from the actual wood texture. It is formed using an embossed plate or the like which has been molded by a plate making means such as an electroforming method formed by the above method. As the wood texture of the unevenness 8, especially in hardwoods, conduits and radiation tissues (groups)
It is preferable that the shape is such as the above. The fine unevenness 2 composed of two types of unevenness, such as a line-shaped unevenness 7 and a wood-surface unevenness 8, is formed by a conventionally known embossing method. Specifically, for example, an embossing plate having a concavo-convex pattern formed by a photo-etching method or an appropriate means (a roll-shaped embossing plate may be used) is used, and the sheet substrate 1 is attached to the embossing plate.
Is brought into contact with the substrate under heat and pressure, whereby the irregular shape 2 can be formed on the surface of the substrate.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the transparent resin layer 3 is formed to have a thickness at least such that the irregularities 2 are buried, and plays a role of protecting the surface of the decorative sheet. In the case of coloring, the coloring is selected so that the design element of the base, in particular, the brilliancy of the base material 1 is not concealed and is transparent enough to be seen through. In addition, coloring with a yellowish brown or brown color is particularly effective for expressing the color tone as a wood grain decorative material. The resin constituting this resin layer is selected according to the required surface physical properties, or particularly when abrasion resistance and stain resistance are required, urethane acrylate, polyester acrylate, ionizing radiation curable resin composed of epoxy acrylate, etc., Thermosetting resins such as epoxy, polyurethane and polysiloxane, and fluorine resins such as polytetrafluoroethylene and polyvinylidene fluoride are used. If weather resistance is required, polytetrafluoroethylene, polyvinylidene fluoride and the like are used. Fluorine resin, acrylic resin such as polymethyl methacrylate, polysiloxane resin and the like are used. As the resin material, those which can be used when the above-mentioned abrasion resistance and stain resistance are required are preferable, and among them, an ionizing radiation curable resin is most preferable.

The resin layer 3 is formed by applying a resin composition using the above resin material by an appropriate coating means. Examples of the coating means include a gravure coat, a gravure reverse coat, a gravure offset coat, and a spinner coat when a thin and high-precision coating film is required, and a roll coating and a reverse roll when a thick film coating is required. Coat, knife coat, kiss coat, wheeler coat, dip coat, solid coat by silk screen, wire bar coat, flow coat, comma coat, etc.,
Furthermore, as a manual method, a flowing coat, a brush coating,
Spray coat and the like can be mentioned. Among them, a coating means suitable for a thick film coating is preferable. The thickness of the resin layer is usually 20 to 2
It is about 00 μm, preferably about 50-100 μm. The resin layer 3 may function as a gloss adjusting layer by adding a matting agent or the like as necessary. As a matting agent used in that case, for example, calcium carbonate having a particle size of about 0.1 to 10 μm, precipitated barium carbonate, silica, talc,
Powders such as clay and shirasu balloons can be used. The preferable addition amount of the matting agent is 1 to 2 per 100 parts by weight of the ink.
It is about 0 parts by weight.

The woodgrain pattern printing layer 4 is a pattern printing layer for reproducing a woodgrain pattern of a natural tree or the like (see FIG. 6). The printing layer 4 is made of an ink or paint obtained by adding a coloring agent, a plasticizer, etc. to a known vehicle. It is formed by using. Further, as a vehicle, an ultraviolet curing resin may be used by adding an ultraviolet curing agent. As the printing means, gravure printing, flexographic printing, silk screen printing, or the like can be adopted. For example, by appropriately combining the woodgrain print layer 4 and the concavo-convex shape 2 (especially the linear concavo-convex shape 7), a more realistic woodgrain-like appearance that emits a desired shine can be achieved. Especially the shine of straight-grained wood boards (transition of gloss)
In order to faithfully reproduce the flow direction, as shown in FIG. 6, the flow direction of the grain of the wood pattern printing layer 4 (arrow Y direction in the figure) and the flow direction of the wavy curve in the line-shaped unevenness 7 (arrow X direction in the figure) )
Are preferably provided so as to be substantially orthogonal to each other. Also, in order to express the illuminance of the heather (that is, a knob-like, spot-like, knot-like or spiral wood grain), various wavy curves are formed in the area defined by the closed curve as shown in FIG. It is good to adopt what was arranged in.

The decorative sheet of the present invention is prepared by preparing a sheet substrate 1 of either a sheet material in which a glitter pigment is kneaded or a sheet material in which a glitter resin layer is formed on a colored sheet. It is manufactured by printing and forming a wood grain print layer 4 on a base material 1, shaping desired fine irregularities 2 thereon, and finally coating and forming a transparent resin layer 3. In addition, there is no problem even if the shaping of the uneven shape is performed on the sheet substrate provided with the wood pattern printing layer, and on the contrary, there is an advantage that the defects of the emboss plate, the joint traces of the pattern pattern and the like are less noticeable. The decorative sheet can be used as a beautiful decorative plywood by, for example, bonding to a plywood or the like. As the substrate to which the decorative sheet can be attached, any substrate can be used as long as it is generally used as a substrate of a decorative material. Specific examples thereof include papers such as thin paper, bleached kraft paper, titanium paper, return paper, paperboard, gypsum board paper, wood base materials such as wood, plywood, and particle board, gypsum board, and gypsum-based slag board. Material, iron plate, galvanized steel plate, copper plate,
A metal plate such as an aluminum plate may be used.

Next, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to specific examples. Example 1 A pearl ink (manufactured by Showa Ink: Chemical X Pearl) using titanium oxide-coated mica was solid printed on the surface of a brown-colored vinyl chloride film (manufactured by Riken Vinyl, thickness 0.1 mm, plasticizer 23 phr). Then, a wood grain pattern of straight grain zelkova was printed thereon using gravure ink (manufactured by Showa Ink: Chemical X) to obtain a sheet substrate. An embossing roll was used on the printing surface of the sheet substrate, and embossing was performed under the conditions of a heating drum temperature of 155 ° C., an embossing roll temperature of 60 ° C., and a sheet feeding speed of 10 m / min to form an uneven shape. The uneven shape at this time is a sinusoidal shape with an amplitude of 25 mm and a period of 100 mm, and the width of the concave and convex portions is 15 μm, the parallel-shaped unevenness of a group of parallel curves consisting of a depth of 10 μm, and the surface of the zelkova straight-grained plate. It is constructed by superimposing the above-mentioned line-shaped irregularities considerably with the irregularities on the wooden surface formed by electroforming only on the portions where the unevenness of the wooden surface formed on the entire surface is to appear. Next, an ultraviolet-curable paint (manufactured by Dainichi Seika: Seika Beam) is applied on the uneven surface.
Was applied by a gravure coating method so that the irregularities were buried, and then cured by irradiating ultraviolet rays to obtain a decorative sheet.
This decorative sheet had a shining movement, a deep feeling, and a three-dimensional feeling of natural wood.

As described above, the woodgrain-like decorative sheet of the present invention can be used on a glittering sheet substrate as described above.
Fine irregularities composed of different types of irregularities, a colorless or colored transparent resin layer is provided in this order, and furthermore it can also have a wood grain print layer, so it moves according to the viewing angle like a natural wood It is rich in design that gives a realistic woodgrain appearance, which is not possible with conventional products, in which the illumination that can be seen, the depth and the three-dimensional feeling of natural wood appear extremely realistically. In particular, since the fine unevenness is a configuration combining line-shaped unevenness and wood texture unevenness, the glossy part unique to the wood grain board, that is, the glossy part that can move depending on the observation direction or the light source direction, and the non-glossy part are the same. While being visually recognized,
A unique cosmetic appearance is obtained in which an uneven feeling similar to fine fibrous unevenness on the wood grain board surface is visually recognized. In addition, since the above-mentioned resin layer having a layer thickness that buries the uneven shape is always present on the surface of the decorative sheet, the feeling of depth is increased, and the surface properties (abrasion resistance, stain resistance, etc.) are excellent. The surface properties can be further improved by forming the resin layer from an ionizing radiation curable resin or the like. Furthermore, since the decorative sheet of the present invention can be obtained by sequentially forming each component (layer, etc.) on a sheet base material, the decorative sheet is manufactured, for example, in comparison with a conventional product in which two constituent members are laminated last. It can be manufactured quickly and reliably with few upper unstable elements, and can be provided at a low cost because the layer configuration is simple.
