The cosmetic material of the above 1) was able to express a realistic feeling due to the difference in gloss between the surface and the concave portion, but was unable to express the shine of an actual tree. 2)
However, since the decorative material uses a transparent film, it is easily affected by the color and pattern of the base material to be adhered to the lower layer, and has a drawback that the color of the product varies. In the case of 3), it is difficult to form a beautiful surface unless the adhesive for dry laminating the transparent film is formed to be considerably thick, and the shape of the uneven portion is sharp due to the solvent contained in the adhesive. And there is a problem that the effect such as the movement of shimmer due to unevenness is reduced. Further, there is a possibility that the uneven shape may be lost due to the heat pressure at the time of lamination, and that bubbles may be mixed into the adhesive.

FIG. 2 is an enlarged view of an essential part showing an example of the concavo-convex pattern used in the present invention, and FIG. 3 is a plan view showing an embodiment of the concavo-convex pattern 7. The concavo-convex pattern 7 of the present invention gives the cosmetic material an appearance in which the shining (glossy) appearance moves depending on the viewing angle, and is particularly suitable for expressing the shining of a wood grain board and the gloss of a woven cloth such as silk. It is. As shown in FIG. 2, the concavo-convex pattern 7 has a sectional shape having a depth D of 3 to 30 μm,
The protrusions 71 have a groove-like uneven pattern composed of a line group having a distance P of 1 to 1000 μm, and the line group has a plane pattern of a parallel straight line group 12 [FIG. a), (c) and (d)] or a parallel curve group 12 and a parallel straight line group 13 [FIG. Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 3E, the function curve is formed of a group of non-parallel curves in which the parameters are changed and the interval between the curves smoothly changes in the linear direction. The function curve for forming the parallel curve group or the non-parallel curve group includes a sine wave, a cycloid, an elliptic function, a Bessel function, and the like.

FIG. 5 is a plan view showing another example of the decorative material of the present invention, showing an example of a wood decorative material. In the decorative material of the present invention, by synchronizing the picture layer 4 and the groove-shaped uneven pattern 7, more excellent design properties can be given. For example, as shown in FIG. 5, in order to faithfully reproduce the shine of the straight-grained wood surface, the wood-grain pattern layer 4 intersects the flow direction (the direction of the arrow in the figure) of the uneven pattern 7 composed of a group of wavy curves. In this case, it is more preferable that the uneven pattern 7 and the picture layer 4 are provided so as to intersect so as to be substantially orthogonal. In order to provide the uneven pattern 7, a lithographic press having a embossing plate in which an uneven pattern composed of a specific line group is formed on the surface of the thermoplastic resin film on which the pattern layer and the recoat layer are sequentially formed, Using a known various press embossing machine such as a machine, embossing can be performed by heating and pressing from the surface to form the concavo-convex pattern 7. The heating and pressing conditions of the material in this case differ depending on the thermo-pressure behavior of the thermoplastic resin film or the like, but usually, the embossing plate is heated to an appropriate temperature between the softening point or the heat deformation temperature and the melting point or the melting temperature. Press to shape and cool to fix the shape. As the heating method, known methods such as infrared irradiation, hot air blowing, conductive heat from a heating roller, and dielectric heating can be used.

After the above-mentioned uneven pattern 7 is formed, a transparent resin layer 9 is formed on the surface of the uneven pattern 7 so as to be thicker than the depth of the uneven pattern 7. That is, the thickness of the transparent resin layer 9 may be formed so as to completely fill the unevenness of the uneven pattern and to form a flat surface, and is usually formed to a thickness of about 10 to 100 μm. For the transparent resin layer 9, it is preferable to use a colorless transparent or colored transparent resin having excellent wear resistance and stain resistance. For example, an acrylic resin, a urethane resin, an ionizing radiation curable resin, or the like is used.
In addition, as the resin forming the transparent resin layer 9, a resin that is particularly solvent-free and does not need to be heated is preferable because there is no fear that the uneven pattern due to the embossing will be lost. Such resins include ionizing radiation curable resins.
The transparent resin layer 9 is formed by applying the sheet 6 to the decorative material base 8.
May be formed after lamination, or the sheet 6 may be formed in advance.
And then laminated on the decorative material base material 8.

The decorative material base material 8 for laminating the sheet 6 in which the respective layers are formed on the thermoplastic resin film 3 is a wood base material such as MDF or particle board, an iron plate, a metal plate such as a vinyl chloride coated steel plate, an aluminum plate or the like. A flat plate or a three-dimensional molded body is usually used, and an adhesive is used for these base materials. For example, when a flat plate is formed, a roll laminator is used. When a three-dimensional molded body is formed, vacuum forming is performed. And lamination. The film surface temperature at the time of lamination is preferably 60 to 100 ° C., and if the temperature is too high, the uneven pattern may be lost.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The present invention will be described in more detail with reference to specific embodiments. Example 1 A 0.15 mm-thick polyvinyl chloride film (manufactured by Riken Vinyl: R type) was solid-printed on one surface with a gravure ink containing pearl pigments (manufactured by Showa Ink Industries, Ltd .: X Pearl) to shine. A conductive layer was formed. Further, a gravure printing using a gravure ink (manufactured by Showa Ink Kogyo Co., Ltd.) is performed on the glittering layer to provide a wood-grain pattern layer, and the solid pattern is formed on the pattern layer with a urethane-based transparent ink. A recoat layer was formed. Drum temperature 1 on the printing surface of the sheet
65 ° C, speed 10m / min, emboss pressure 4kgf / cm 2
Embossing is performed using an embossing roll having fine sine-curve irregularities under the conditions described in (1) above, and an irregular pattern composed of a group of wavy curves (depth 12 μm, width of the convex part and width of the concave part 35 μm), And the interval between the convex portions is 70 μm).
After laminating the sheet to a MDF base material by a vacuum molding method using a vinyl acetate-based adhesive and integrating the same, the above uneven pattern is hidden using a urethane-based paint, and the thickness is reduced to about 20 μm so that the surface becomes smooth. The surface resin layer was formed to obtain the decorative material of the present invention.

As described above, the decorative material of the present invention has the following effects by adopting the above-mentioned structure. After the uneven pattern consisting of the specific line group is provided, the transparent resin layer is formed on the surface of the uneven pattern so as to be thicker than the depth of the uneven pattern, so that the uneven pattern is completely embedded in the transparent resin layer. Since irregularities are formed in the inside of the substrate, it has a design such that the irregular pattern composed of the specific line group and the shining appearance composed of the glittering layer move (changes depending on the direction of the line of sight). Since there is no danger of the irregularities being crushed in the process of manufacturing the cosmetic material when attaching the plastic resin film to the base material of the cosmetic material, or in the process of handling the cosmetic material, the excellent design property is required for the manufacturing work and the cosmetic material. It does not drop during the sticking operation. In addition, since the thermoplastic resin film uses an opaque film, the color of the surface does not change due to the color of the base material serving as the base and the like, and the product color is stable.
