2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a decorative sheet having a three-dimensional effect, there has been a method of forming a picture pattern on a surface and a picture print applied to a base sheet with a transparent resin layer interposed therebetween. Examples of these production methods include, as seen in a vinyl chloride resin decorative film, a pattern printed on a base film and a pattern formed on the surface side of a transparent vinyl chloride resin film adhered thereon. Are known.

However, in this method, generally,
(1) A process of printing on a base film, a process of bonding the film to a transparent film, and a process of forming a picture pattern on the front surface side are required, and are not necessarily efficient. (2) Therefore, it is difficult to carry out in the same process, and therefore, it is not easy to form a pattern on the front side of the transparent film in synchronization with the pattern printing of the base film, ( 3) The surface is a thermoplastic film, so that the surface hardness is low and the surface is easily scratched;
There are problems such as low heat resistance.

In the manufacturing method of the present invention, one embodiment of the process is shown in FIG. 2, and a monochromatic or multicolor printing device 11 and a drying device 12 (multicolor printing in FIG. Device and a drying device are omitted), and a transparent electron beam-curable resin 3 is applied from above to the coating device 1
On the other hand, the electron beam-curable coloring ink 4 is applied to a smooth roll 15 on the surface of the electron beam irradiation device 14 in a pattern by a printing device 16 (offset method), and the transparent material 15 on the base sheet is coated. The transparent electron beam-curable resin 3 and the electron beam-curable colored ink 4 are cured by irradiating an electron beam from the back side of the substrate sheet while keeping the surface of the electron beam-curable resin and the smooth roll in contact with each other. After that, the decorative sheet is released from the smoothing roll, thereby obtaining a three-dimensional decorative sheet 5 in which a pattern is formed on the surface and the pattern is formed across the transparent resin layer.

As described above, according to the manufacturing method of the present invention, the pattern on the surface of the decorative sheet and the pattern printed on the base sheet are formed with the transparent electron beam-curable resin layer interposed therebetween. Because of the difference in the angle of the illumination light and the angle at which the decorative sheet is viewed, a difference in the shade of the pattern on the surface and the difference in level with the pattern printed on the base sheet gives a sense of depth and depth. .

In addition, these methods include forming a brilliant layer such as pearl printing, metallic printing, or metal deposition on a pattern print on a substrate sheet, and further shading the surface pattern using a colored ink mainly composed of white. The effect is remarkably improved by providing the difference between the two.

Further, for example, a woodgrain pattern having a conduit portion, the conduit portion is a surface pattern pattern, a pattern printed on a base sheet is a pattern excluding the conduit portion, and the pattern pattern and the conduit portion of the conduit portion are formed. By synchronizing the removed pattern printing, the transparent electron beam curable resin layer is separated, so the conduit part is actually smooth and does not have a concave part, but it has irregularities as if there are dents. You can feel the three-dimensional feeling.

In the production method of the present invention, the electron beam-curable ink on the front surface is provided on a smooth roll, and is contacted with the transparent electron beam-curable resin of the substrate sheet from the back surface of the substrate sheet. When the decorative sheet is pulled out from the smooth roll in that state because it is instantaneously cured by the irradiated electron beam, the electron beam-curable resin and the electron beam-curable ink are united and easily released from the smooth roll. .

As described above, according to the production method of the present invention, the pattern design on the surface of the decorative sheet and the pattern print formed on the base sheet are separated by the transparent electron beam-curable resin layer. The difference in the angle of the illumination light,
Depending on the angle at which the decorative sheet is viewed, the depth of the three-dimensional effect can be felt due to the difference in shading of the pattern on the surface and the level difference from the pattern printing on the base sheet. Usually these processes are 50
Since a line speed of up to 150 m / min is possible, the production efficiency is extremely high. And the decorative sheet is not only a transparent resin layer on the surface, but also the integrated colored ink on the surface is an electron beam-curable colored ink and has a smooth surface, so it has hardness, solvent resistance, Excellent performance such as solvent resistance, chemical resistance, abrasion resistance and heat resistance.
