2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a decorative material having a fine line-shaped unevenness formed on a surface, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 4-521 is disclosed.
As described in Japanese Patent Publication No. 81, the surface of the base material includes an uneven shape for reproducing the original surface shape, and a parallel line group and / or a parallel curve group for reproducing the original surface gloss and its anisotropy. There is known a decorative material in which the concave and convex shape of the fine parallel groove is formed.

In the conventional decorative material as described above, the uneven shape of the fine line groove is provided on the entire surface of the decorative material, that is, in both the convex portion and the concave portion of the surface, so that the convex shape of the surface is increased. The unevenness of the fine line groove formed in the portion has a disadvantage that it is easily damaged by abrasion, and as a result, gloss unevenness tends to occur. In addition, there is a disadvantage that the surface gloss and texture of the original form cannot be accurately reproduced because the unevenness of the fine line grooves is formed on the entire surface of the decorative material, so that there is little difference in the surface gloss between the convex and concave portions. Was.

As shown in FIG. 6, a method for manufacturing an embossing plate for manufacturing the decorative material 1 of the present invention in which line-shaped fine irregularities 4 are formed on the bottom surface of the concave portion 3 on the surface first forms the embossing plate. After a photosensitive agent is applied to the copper surface of the metal base material and exposed and developed by a mask film having line-shaped fine irregularities 4, the surface is exposed to etching as shown in FIG. To form Next, line-shaped fine irregularities 4
A photosensitizer is applied to the copper surface of the metal substrate on which is formed a metal film so as to completely cover the line-shaped fine irregularities 4 on the surface, and a mask film for forming the concave portions 3 corresponding to the grain formed on the surface is used. Exposure and development are performed to form a resist film corresponding to portions other than the portion where the concave portion 3 is to be formed, and the state shown in FIG. By etching the surface in the state shown in FIG. 6B, line-shaped fine irregularities 4 are formed on the surface of the projection.
The concavo-convex shape of the embossing plate shown in (c) is completed. Thereafter, chrome plating is performed on the copper surface of the embossed plate base material shown in FIG. 6C to complete the embossed plate.

A method of manufacturing an embossing plate for manufacturing a decorative material 1 'of another embodiment shown in FIG. 5 of the present invention is shown in FIG.
(C) The embossed plate concave portion is further changed from the state shown in (c).
When chrome plating is performed in a state where only the resin 17 is filled, and the resin filled in the concave portions 17 of the embossing plate is removed, chrome plating is applied only to the convex portions of the embossing plate where the line-shaped fine irregularities 4 are formed. By sandblasting in this state, grain-like irregularities are formed only in the embossed plate concave portions 17. Next, the chrome plating remaining on the protrusions is removed, and the chrome plating is performed again on the entire surface to complete the embossed plate.

Example 1 An ordinary ink for polyvinyl chloride and an ink containing a pearl pigment (Showa Ink Kogyo Co., Ltd., Kasei X) were used for a colored polyvinyl chloride sheet (Riken Vinyl Industry, W-500) having a thickness of 80 microns. Then, wood grain pattern and pearl solid printing were performed by gravure printing. An 80-micron thick transparent polyvinyl chloride sheet (RIKEN VINYL INDUSTRIES, W-500) is overlaid on the printing ink layer surface of the colored polyvinyl chloride sheet provided with the above printing ink layer, and a wood-like embossing plate is formed using a normal embossing machine. The embossing plate provided with a group of wavy parallel curves having a line-shaped fine unevenness having a depth of 15 microns, a line-line convex portion width of 10 microns, and a line-line concave portion width of 30 microns is provided at a convex portion having a speed of 40 m. /
Min, embossing pressure 30 kg / cm 2 , heating drum temperature 17
The transparent polyvinyl chloride sheet is embossed under the conditions of 0 ° C. and the embossing plate temperature of 30 ° C., and a protective layer made of a thermosetting resin is provided on the embossed surface to a thickness of 2 μm. Is formed, line-shaped fine irregularities are formed on the bottom surface of the concave portion, and the illumination of the line-shaped fine irregularities and the pearl-like printed portion are intertwined in an intricate manner. The resulting cosmetic material was obtained. A wear resistance test was conducted on the decorative material, but no change was found in the surface design effect.

Example 2 A decorative material was produced in the same manner as in Example 1 using an embossing plate having the shape shown in FIG. The flat part of the cosmetic material surface has gloss and texture closer to the wood grain board surface, and the gloss of the line-shaped fine irregularities, the gloss of the flat part surface and the shine of the pearl print part are combined, and the surface of the surface closer to the wood grain board A decorative material having an excellent design effect having a gloss and a transfer effect of surface shine was obtained.
A friction test was performed on the above decorative material, but no change was observed in the surface design effect.

According to the present invention, there is provided a decorative material in which a wood-grained concave portion and a flat portion are formed on the surface by embossing, and line-shaped fine irregularities formed of parallel curved lines or parallel straight lines only on the concave portion. By doing so, it is possible to faithfully reproduce the texture such as surface gloss, shine transfer effect, and texture of wood grain, and it is hard to lose the texture of wood grain due to surface wear, and it has excellent physical properties and design. Wood is obtained.
