Description

【0001】

[Industrial applications]
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a decorative sheet used as a surface material for furniture, building interior wall materials, and the like, and more particularly to a wood grain decorative sheet which has a three-dimensional effect visually and whose design is close to that of natural wood.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as a woodgrain decorative sheet used for decoration or surface protection on the surface of furniture, building interior wall materials, etc., a woodgrain pattern printed layer is provided on one side of a colored polyvinyl chloride sheet, and a transparent polyvinyl chloride sheet is provided on that surface. Are laminated and embossed simultaneously with the heat lamination, and the embossed concave portions are filled with a coloring ink by wiping, and a decorative sheet provided with a gloss adjusting layer on the surface thereof is used.
[0003]
However, in this type of decorative sheet, there is a drawback that the wood grain conduit pattern layer formed by the embossed pattern and the wood grain or color-changed wood grain printed layer do not synchronize well and lack depth, and further, the manufacturing process is also printed. In addition, there is a disadvantage that three steps of heat lamination, embossing, and wiping are required, and cost increase cannot be avoided.
[0004]
Therefore, the present inventors use both sides of a transparent plastic sheet, and synchronize the wood grain printing layer with the wood grain or color changing wood grain printing layer, thereby providing a deep, natural wood-like design. A Japanese Patent Application No. 5-286243 was filed for a picture-tuned decorative sheet having the following formula:
[0005]
Although the above-mentioned drawbacks have been eliminated by such a method, a new problem is that the wood grain printing layer on one side of the transparent plastic sheet and the wood grain printing layer on the other side are printed in good register. It was also confirmed that the transparent plastic sheet had a problem that the wood grain conduit printing layer on one side and the concealed solid layer on the other side were liable to cause blocking.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to use a front and back surface of a transparent plastic sheet to provide a wood-grain conduit printing layer and a wood grain or a color-change wood grain pattern. An object of the present invention is to provide a decorative sheet having a depth, a design property close to that of a natural wood, and excellent blocking resistance by easily synchronizing with a printing layer.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
To achieve the above object, the decorative sheet over bets invention, a transparent one luster control layer on the surface of the plastic sheet, wood grain conduit printed layer provided in this order, the transparent plastic sheet grain pattern printed layer on the other surface of the And a concealing layer provided on at least a portion corresponding to the wood-grain conduit printing layer with a cut pattern obtained by removing the wood-grain conduit print synchronized with the wood-grain pattern printing layer .
[0008]
It is preferable that the gloss adjusting layer provided on one surface of the transparent plastic sheet is formed in a portion excluding a wood grain conduit printing layer.
[0009]
It is preferable that a grain print layer is formed between the gloss adjusting layer and the transparent plastic sheet.
[0010]
[Action]
In the present invention, the concealing layer is provided on the back surface of the transparent plastic sheet by a wood pattern printing layer and a printing plate from which a wood grain pipe pattern synchronized with the wood grain pattern printing layer is removed, and printing of the wood grain pipe pattern layer is performed by the concealing layer. Since printing is performed in register with the printing plate, the register can be easily registered. In addition, the concealing layer provided on the back surface of the transparent plastic sheet has a wood grain conduit pattern removed, and the surface wood grain printed layer is formed in register with the concealment layer. It becomes thin and has an effect on blocking resistance.
[0011]
【Example】
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a view showing a laminated structure of the picture-tuned decorative sheet of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a view showing a laminated structure in another embodiment of the picture-tuned decorative sheet of the present invention, and FIG. It is a figure which shows the lamination | stacking structure in another Example, 1 is a transparent plastic sheet, 2 is a woodgrain pattern printing layer, 3 is a hiding layer, 4 is a gloss adjustment layer, and 5 is a woodgrain conduit printing layer, respectively.
[0012]
As shown in FIG. 1, the laminated structure of the picture-tuned decorative sheet of the present invention was such that a wood grain conduit printing layer 5, a gloss adjusting layer 4, a transparent plastic sheet 1, a wood grain printed layer 2, and a concealing layer 3 were stacked in this order from the surface. The feature is that the concealing layer 3 provided on the back surface of the transparent plastic sheet 1 is provided in synchronism with the wood pattern printing layer 2 by using a printing plate from which the wood grain conduit printing layer 5 has been removed. The point is that the wood grain conduit printing layer 5 is provided in such a manner that the printing register is aligned with the cut pattern of the wood grain conduit pattern of the layer 3. Therefore, the concealing layer 3 is not provided at the position on the back surface opposite to the wood grain printing layer 5 on the front surface.
[0013]
The transparent plastic sheet 1 is, for example, a synthetic resin film such as a polyvinyl chloride film, a polyolefin resin film, a polyester film, an acrylic resin film, etc., but the material cost, workability at the time of bonding to a substrate such as plywood, etc. Further, polyvinyl chloride film is suitable from the viewpoint of post-processability such as V-cut, and the thickness of the film is suitably set to 50 to 300 μm. However, in order to give the design a three-dimensional effect, it is 100 μm or more. It is preferable that
[0014]
The transparent plastic sheet 1 includes, for example, a wood-grained printed layer 2 for producing a straight-grained, plate-grained wood-grain pattern such as oak, teak, walnut, cedar, cypress, etc., using a conventional salt / vinyl acetate-based, acrylic-based one. It is formed by gravure printing with a printing ink using a known binder resin such as cellulose, and in order to be able to express the "shine" of the grain well, it is necessary to use brilliant pigment such as pearl pigment and metal powder. Those to which a pigment is added are preferred.
[0015]
Next, as the concealing layer 3, for example, a known binder such as a salt / vinyl acetate-based, acrylic-based, or cellulose-based binder containing about 10 to 20% by weight of a white opaque pigment such as titanium oxide, zinc white, and antimony oxide. It is provided by gravure printing using an ink made of a kneaded resin or a colored ink made by adding a small amount of another pigment or dye to the kneaded material.
The gloss adjusting layer 4 provides a desirable gloss to the surface of the decorative sheet, and also has a role as a protective layer covering the surface of the transparent plastic sheet 1. Therefore, ink using a resin having good surface properties as a vehicle is used. It is good to form. As a resin used as a vehicle, a thermosetting resin such as an amino alkyd resin, a urethane resin, an unsaturated polyester resin, an epoxy resin, and an acrylic resin, or an ionizing radiation-curable resin containing various acrylates is suitable.
[0017]
The ink used for the gloss adjusting layer 4 usually has a desired degree of matting by dispersing an appropriate amount of matting agent. However, a gloss type ink containing no matting agent may be used. Examples of the matting agent include inorganic hollow bodies such as mica, silica, alumina, calcium carbonate, silica sand, acrylic resin, polyamide resin (eg, nylon 11, 12), silicone resin, polyurethane resin, polyethylene resin, and melamine. Elastic spherical organic resin beads composed of resins such as resins and modified products of these resins, etc. are conceivable, but acrylic resin-based resin beads having solvent resistance and excellent scratch resistance have good dispersibility. It is preferably used.
[0018]
The gloss adjusting layer 4 is formed by solid-printing the above-mentioned ink by a known means such as gravure coating, roll coating, spray coating, or flow coating, and applying heating or ionizing radiation irradiation together with the ink printed thereon, which will be described later. What is necessary is just to harden by an appropriate means.
[0019]
The wood grain conduit printing layer 5 is formed so as to be synchronized with the wood grain pattern printing layer 2, and uses an ink having a higher matting degree than the gloss adjusting layer 4 to make a viewer feel as if the portion is a concave portion. In addition, an ink to which a coloring pigment such as carbon black is added in order to approximate the color tone of a conduit of a natural tree may be used. Therefore, embossing which is troublesome and leads to an increase in cost becomes unnecessary.
[0020]
The ink used for the wood-grain conduit printing layer 5 has a desirable design property on the surface of the decorative sheet, and has excellent performance in chemical properties such as solvent resistance, stain resistance, and oil resistance. Desirably, as the resin used as the vehicle, a thermosetting resin such as an amino alkyd resin, a urethane resin, an unsaturated polyester resin, an epoxy resin, and an acrylic resin is preferably used.
[0021]
As shown in FIG. 2, the gloss adjusting layer 4 is provided by a printing plate from which the wood grain printing layer 5 synchronized with the wood grain printing layer 2 is removed, and the wood grain printing layer 5 fills the gap between the gloss adjusting layers 4. By forming the printing register as described above, the unevenness of the conduit part can be further improved by the synergistic effect of the step of the thickness between the conduit part and the non-conduit part and the visual effect that the matte part looks relatively concave due to the gloss difference. Although it is a good expression, when forming the gloss adjusting layer 4, by controlling the plate depth, the ink thickness of the gloss adjusting layer 4 is made slightly thicker than that of the wood grain printing layer. The three-dimensional appearance of the surface can be further increased.
[0022]
Further, as shown in FIG. 3, a concealing layer 3 is provided on the back surface of the transparent plastic sheet 1 by a printing plate from which the shine gloss pattern of the wood pattern printing layer 2 and the wood grain conduit pattern are removed, and then the wood pattern printing layer 2 is provided on the surface layer. Is provided in register with the concealing layer 3, and a gloss adjusting layer 4 and a wood grain printing layer 5 are formed thereon in that order, whereby the wood pattern printing layer 2 and the wood grain printing layer 5 are registered. The alignment is more easily performed, and the alignment is provided with higher accuracy. Further, by providing the grain pattern printing layer formed on the back surface of the transparent plastic sheet with an ink to which a glitter pigment such as a pearl pigment or a metal powder is added, there is a depth, and the design property close to that of natural wood can be increased.
[0023]
Example 1
On a back surface of a transparent polyvinyl chloride film having a thickness of 200 μm, a wood pattern of an oak straight-grain pattern is printed with a vinyl chloride resin-based ink, and then, using a solid printing plate from which the pipe pattern of the wood pattern layer has been removed, the wood pattern layer The hiding layer is printed in register. Subsequently, the film was inverted using a turn bar, and a urethane-based ink containing 10% by weight of acrylic resin beads was solid-printed on the surface of the transparent polyvinyl chloride film as a gloss adjusting ink. By printing the oak straight-grained wood-grained conduit pattern in register with the hollow conduit pattern of the concealed solid layer with acrylic black matting ink containing carbon black by weight, unevenness due to gloss difference on the surface A decorative sheet having a pattern was obtained.
[0024]
Example 2
On a back surface of a transparent polyvinyl chloride film having a thickness of 150 μm, a wood grain pattern of an oak straight grain pattern is printed with a vinyl chloride resin-based ink, and then, using a solid printing plate from which a conduit pattern of the wood grain pattern layer is removed, the wood grain pattern layer is formed. The hiding layer is printed in register. Then, the film is turned over using a turn bar, and an oak straight-grained conduit pattern layer is coated on the surface of the transparent polyvinyl chloride film with an acrylic black matting ink containing 45% by weight of acrylic resin beads and carbon black. The concealed layer was then printed in register with the drawn conduit pattern, and the printing plate from which the conduit pattern layer had been removed was used to form a glossy solid layer using a urethane-based ink containing 10% by weight of acrylic resin beads. The decorative sheet having a concavo-convex pattern on the surface due to a difference in gloss was obtained by printing the pipe pattern in register.
[0025]
Example 3
On the back side of a transparent polyvinyl chloride film having a thickness of 150 μm, printed is a pattern obtained by extracting an illuminated glossy pattern synchronized with a grain pattern using a glittering ink containing 15% by weight of a titanium oxide-coated mica-based pearl pigment, and then a grain pattern. The concealing layer is printed using a solid printing plate from which the conduit pattern of the layer has been removed. Subsequently, the film is inverted using a turn bar, and a wood grain pattern of an oak straight-grain pattern is printed on the surface of the transparent polyvinyl chloride film with a vinyl chloride resin-based ink, and then 10% by weight of acrylic resin beads are contained as a gloss adjusting ink. Solid printing of urethane-based ink, and finally printing a pattern synchronized with the wood grain pattern of the oak straight-grained pattern with an acrylic black matting ink containing 45% by weight of acrylic resin beads and carbon black. As a result, a decorative sheet having an uneven pattern on the surface due to the difference in gloss was obtained.
[0026]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, since the concealing layer provided on the back surface of the transparent plastic sheet is provided in register with the wood pattern printed pattern using a printing plate from which the wood grain conduit pattern has been removed, the printing of the wood grain conduit pattern is performed by the concealing layer. It is sufficient to print in register with the printing plate so that both patterns are well synchronized.Because a transparent plastic sheet with a sufficient thickness can be used between the front and back patterns, it has a sufficient depth stereoscopic effect. I can make it.
[0027]
In addition, the decorative sheet of the present invention can make the viewer feel as if the wood grain conduit pattern is concave, so that embossing and wiping, which are troublesome and increase costs, are unnecessary, and a decorative sheet with high designability Can be obtained at low cost.
[0028]
Furthermore, by using an elastic spherical organic resin composed of acrylic resin beads as a gloss adjusting agent, a decorative sheet having excellent surface properties such as blocking resistance and scratch resistance can be obtained.
