Forming an uneven pattern on a decorative sheet to improve its decorative properties has been practiced for a long time, and examples of such decorative sheets include those in which an uneven pattern is formed on the surface side of a thermoplastic resin sheet. There is. However, since the above-mentioned decorative sheet has an uneven pattern formed on the surface side, the surface has poor stain resistance, and foreign substances such as dust can get into the uneven pattern, spoiling the aesthetic appearance of the surface, and causing wear and scratches. Therefore, there was a risk that the uneven shape would be damaged. On the other hand, a substrate sheet in which an uneven pattern is formed on the back side can eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks. However, this type of decorative sheet is usually used by pasting it on the top surface of other sheets or plywood, and if an uneven pattern is formed on the back side, it will interfere with the light source if it is used in combination with other sheets or plywood. There has been a problem in that the design effect of the uneven pattern cannot be sufficiently obtained depending on the direction, viewing direction, etc. Furthermore, the concave-convex pattern in the conventional decorative sheet described above is a simple one that expresses a conduit satin finish of wood grain or a pattern of regular or irregular shapes with dots, and since the pinch of concave-convex is rough, it is said that the concave-convex texture is simply given. However, it was not possible to express an excellent design. Furthermore, there are decorative sheets with a woodgrain pattern that have a printed layer with a woodgrain pattern and an uneven woodgrain pattern on the surface.
The appearance of the wood grain was monotonous and lacked realism compared to natural wood.

The thermoplastic resins used for the synthetic resin sheet 7 and the synthetic resin base sheet 9 constituting the thermoplastic support sheet 2 include:
Vinyl polymers such as polyvinyl chloride, polyvinylidene chloride, polyvinyl acetate-vinyl chloride copolymer, polyvinyl fluoride, polyvinyl butyral, polyvinylidene fluoride,
Styrene resins such as polystyrene, acrylic styrene, ABS, acrylic resins such as polyethyl methacrylate, polymethyl methacrylate, polyacrylonitrile, olefin resins such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polymethylpentyne, cellulose acetate, nitrocellulose, etc. Cellulose derivatives, polyamide resins such as nylon 6 and nylon 66, polyester resins such as polyethylene terephthalate, polyethylene terephthalate isophthalate copolymers, polybutylene terephthalate and polyacrylate, rubber resins such as butadiene and chloroprene rubber,
Polyvinyl alcohol resins such as vinylon and polyvinyl alcohol, polycarbonate, etc. can be used. Examples of bright pigments include metal powders such as copper powder, aluminum powder, and brass objects, pigments with metallic luster such as metal pieces and cut pieces of metal-deposited synthetic resin films, mica pigments such as titanium dioxide-coated mica, fish scale foil, Pigments having pearlescent luster or interference luster, such as bismuth acid chloride, can be used. As the glitter ink constituting the glitter ink layer 9, an ink containing the above-mentioned glitter pigment in a known vehicle is used. The glitter ink used for the support sheet 2 is preferably one containing mica pigment in terms of chemical stability such as acid resistance and alkali resistance. In particular, when attaching the decorative sheet 1 to another base material using a vinyl chloride/vinyl acetate copolymer adhesive, aluminum powder will cause a decrease in brightness and discoloration due to chemical changes, but titanium dioxide-coated mica will There is no significant change, which is good, and the selection range of the adhesive described above is also widened. In printing and forming the glitter ink layer 9 on the base sheet 8, printing methods such as gravure printing, flexographic printing, and silk screen printing can be employed.

The embossed concave-convex pattern 3 is another element for creating a shiny appearance, and in particular, it is a concave-convex pattern that moves depending on the viewing angle and plays the role of creating a visible glow. That is, as shown in FIG. 5, the concavo-convex pattern 3 has a planar pattern that is a pattern of a group of parallel curves 12 ((a), (C) of the same figure).

It consists of Moreover, the cross-sectional shape of each line group pattern is as shown in FIG.
1 and the width of the recessed portion 15: d2 is in the range of 1 to 1000 μm. A typical example of a group of parallel curves is one in which a plurality of connected curve units of sine waves, cycloid curves, and circular arcs are arranged and moved in parallel with each other. The line group pattern illustrated in FIG. 5(d) is a collection of line groups having respective parallel curve groups in each area surrounded by the contour line, and the shape or line of the contour line and the parallel curve group. This is an example of a pattern in which the direction is different for each contour region. In particular, according to the line group pattern having the structure as illustrated in FIG. A shiny appearance can be obtained. The uneven pattern 3 may be provided on the entire surface of the support sheet when the wood grain is illuminated over the entire surface of the decorative sheet, and may be provided only at necessary locations on the support sheet when the wood grain is partially illuminated.

When the width of the convex portions and concave portions exceeds 1000 μm, each group of parallel lines becomes conspicuous to the extent that each line can be identified, resulting in a geometric texture, which is unsuitable for reproducing the shine of natural wood grain. It is more preferable that the widths d+ and dz are 5 to 100 μm from the viewpoint of easily producing a clear and realistic shine. Further, the depth of the recess is usually about 1 to 100 μm, more preferably 5 to 25 μm. Furthermore, the depth of the concave portion is not uniform, but is appropriately distributed to each divided area and varies regularly (gradually), thereby creating a glaring appearance that subtly changes depending on the area. can be made to appear.

The uneven pattern 3 is formed by a conventionally known embossing method. Specifically, for example, an embossing plate (which may be in the form of a roll) having an uneven pattern formed by a photoetching method is used, and the support sheet 2 is brought into contact with the embossing plate under heating and pressure. An uneven pattern 3 can be formed on the surface of 2.

For example, by appropriately combining the woodgrain pattern printed layer 5 and the uneven pattern 3, a woodgrain appearance with a desired shine can be created. In particular, in order to faithfully reproduce the shine of a straight-grained wood board, it is necessary to follow the flow direction of the wood grain of the wood grain pattern printing layer 5 and the flow direction of the wavy curve of the uneven pattern 3 (in the direction of the arrow in the figure), as shown in Figure 7. It is preferable to set it so that the two lines are substantially perpendicular to each other.

The combination of the luster of the glossy ink solid layer 10 and the conduit pattern layer 11 of the matte ink produces a so-called gloss matte effect that appears to be rich in conduit patterns, resulting in a wood grain that closely resembles that of natural wood. You can feel it. In order to reliably obtain this effect, it is desirable that the surface gloss levels of both layers 10 and 11 differ by about 5 to 90 degrees. Further, both layers are the outermost layer portions of the decorative sheet 1, and as described above, they are made of ink using a curable resin as a vehicle, and therefore have excellent abrasion resistance.

The transparent adhesive layer 6 is made of a transparent adhesive applied to a known dry lamination method, and the transparent adhesive layer 6 is applied to the side of the support sheet 2 after forming the uneven pattern 3 or to the transparent synthetic resin sheet 4. After applying to the side and drying, both sheets 2
.. 4 are stacked and pressed together to integrate them. As the transparent adhesive, a known adhesive can be used, such as a vinyl acetate emulsion, an acrylic adhesive, a urethane adhesive, or the like. In the present invention, since the above-mentioned two sheets are laminated and integrated using a dry lamination method, in manufacturing the decorative sheet 1 of the present invention in which the uneven pattern 3 does not disappear due to embossing, it is necessary to form the uneven pattern on the support sheet 2. After forming the transparent synthetic resin sheet 4 and the necessary layers, the transparent synthetic resin sheet 4 is also provided with the necessary layers, and then both sheets are dry laminated to form a laminated structure. Furthermore, if the uneven pattern is embossed after each printing layer is formed on the support sheet, defects in the embossing plate, traces of pattern patterns, etc. become less noticeable.

■ Due to the presence of a supporting sheet with glitter, an embossed uneven pattern with a specific line group pattern, and one layer of woodgrain pattern printing, it is possible to obtain a woodgrain pattern appearance as well as a shine appearance that corresponds to the woodgrain pattern, and the shine changes depending on the viewing angle. By changing it, it moves and appears visually, and therefore an extremely beautiful woodgrain appearance with a realistic feel similar to natural wood can be obtained. When the woodgrain pattern printing layer is provided on the back side of the transparent synthetic resin sheet, a transparent adhesive layer is interposed between the printing layer and the uneven pattern, resulting in a deep woodgrain appearance.

■ The transparent synthetic resin sheet is laminated onto the uneven pattern of the support sheet via a transparent adhesive layer similar to the dry lamination method, so the sheet is not melted and the uneven pattern is filled with adhesive. As a result, there is no possibility that the uneven pattern formed by embossing will disappear. Moreover, since the uneven pattern is not exposed on the surface of the decorative sheet, there is no risk of foreign matter such as dust getting into the uneven pattern surface, and the shine effect function and aesthetic appearance are not impaired. Furthermore, since no layer is formed on the back side of the support sheet, the design effect of the uneven pattern does not disappear even when the decorative sheet of the present invention is laminated with other sheets or plywood.

■ Normally, a transparent synthetic resin sheet is present on the surface side of the decorative sheet, so good surface protection is ensured, and especially when a hardening resin is used as the resin material, it has good wear resistance, chemical resistance,
The stain resistance etc. become even more excellent. In addition, when a glossy solid ink layer and a matte ink conduit pattern layer are provided on the surface of a transparent synthetic resin sheet, the conduit pattern appears concave upward due to the gloss matte effect, which faithfully reproduces the grain appearance of natural wood. However, a wood grain appearance that closely resembles natural wood grain can be obtained.
