Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To visually provide an uneven feeling and a three dimensional feeling by a method wherein a laminated synthetic resin decorative material is formed of a plurality of synthetic resin base materials having respectively a printed layer, and an upper layer of synthetic resin base material is so formed as to have a matte part and a glazed part with transparent or semitransparent thermosetting resin or the like. SOLUTION: In this laminated synthetic resin decorative material composed of an upper layer 10 and a lower layer 30, a synthetic resin base material 12 constituting the upper layer 10 is formed of a sheet or a film of a transparent or semitransparent polyethylene, a polypropylene, a polyester, etc., and a coat layer 14 consisting of a thermosetting resin or radical polymerized resin is provided on a surface of the base material 12. Then, a pattern layer 16 is printed on the coat layer 14 with an ink containing a low glossiness thermosetting resin or radial polymerized resin, and a matte part and a glazed part are formed with those pattern layer 16 and a coat layer 14. Besides, a pattern layer 36 containing a solid color layer 34 is printed on a surface of a synthetic resin base material 32 constituting the lower layer 30.

In the above-mentioned conventional manufacturing method, the upper film base and the lower film base can be integrated by utilizing the heat pressure exerted during the embossing step. It is advantageous in that respect. However, in this conventional method, since a pattern pattern, for example, a conduit pattern of wood grain is expressed by embossing and wiping on the upper film base material, the emboss is stepped in a cross section as in the conduit pattern of the plate. Since it is difficult to change in the depth direction, it is difficult to express a fine conduit pattern in a rich and shaded way, and after all, by embossing and wiping, a conduit pattern that is faithful to the conduit pattern on the attached plate Is difficult to express on a film substrate. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to generate a three-dimensional effect due to a fine tone of tone and a difference in gloss in a pattern represented on a laminated synthetic resin decorative material, and to enhance the pattern without embossing and wiping. It is an object of the present invention to provide a laminated synthetic resin decorative material that expresses the above-mentioned item and produces a three-dimensional effect due to the difference in gloss, and a manufacturing method thereof.

Further, in the method for producing a laminated synthetic resin decorative material according to the present invention, a pattern layer is formed on the surface of an upper transparent or translucent synthetic resin substrate with a matte ink containing a thermosetting resin or a radical polymerization type resin. Print, then topcoat layer,
In the dry state, the distance (d t ) from the surface of the synthetic resin substrate to the surface of the top coat layer is equal to or smaller than the distance (d 0 ) from the surface of the synthetic resin substrate to the surface of the pattern layer, It is provided with a thermosetting resin or a radical polymerization type resin having a gloss higher than that of the mat ink of the pattern layer, and the back surface of the upper synthetic resin substrate and the printed layer of the lower synthetic resin substrate are bonded or heat-sealed. It is characterized by doing things. Further, in order to make the distance (d t ) from the surface of the synthetic resin substrate to the surface of the top coat layer equal to or smaller than the distance (d 0 ) from the surface of the synthetic resin substrate to the surface of the pattern layer, It is characterized in that the plate depth of the top coat layer is adjusted, or the amount of solid content in the resin used in the top coat layer is adjusted.

According to the present invention, it is possible to obtain a three-dimensional effect in the laminated synthetic resin decorative material due to the difference in the glossiness of the two parts in the upper layer, that is, the picture layer and the coat layer, and to print the picture layer by printing. By providing this, it is possible to express this richly and shadedly, and it is possible to obtain a laminated synthetic resin decorative material rich in three-dimensional appearance and expressiveness.

[0009] By the way, the unevenness or the three-dimensional effect is caused by the fact that a visually dull portion looks deep and a glossy portion looks shallow. Moreover, the smaller the distance between the surface of the non-glossy area and the surface of the glossy area, the deeper the non-glossy area and the shallower the glossy area, resulting in unevenness or three-dimensional appearance. Deepen. In this regard, since the cosmetic material described in the above publication has a plurality of layers interposed between the glossy top coat layer and the matte pattern layer, the surface of the non-glossy portion and the glossy portion In order to reduce the distance between the matte picture layer and the surface of the matte picture and to enhance the unevenness of the picture, it is required to make the matte picture layer as thin as possible. However, there is a possibility that the pattern becomes unclear and the desired cosmetic effect is lost. For this reason,
Depending on the glossy top coat layer and the matte picture layer provided on the surface of the top coat layer, there is a limit in deepening or strengthening the unevenness or three-dimensional effect given by the difference in gloss between them. However, according to the invention of claim 5, the distance from the surface of the synthetic resin substrate to the surface of the topcoat layer and the distance from the surface of the synthetic resin substrate to Since the difference from the distance to the surface of the design layer can be made zero or small, the dull design surface can be seen deeper, and the unevenness or the stereoscopic effect can be further enhanced.
