[Prior Art] Various decorative materials with wood grain patterns are used for wall materials, furniture, etc. of houses. For example, a sheet of tissue paper with a wood grain pattern printed in the usual way and a coating of aminoalkyd or urethane resin applied to the surface to protect the surface, a polyvinyl chloride film or a sheet of tissue paper with a wood grain pattern printed on it and a transparent polyvinyl chloride film. These include sheets with laminated films, sheets with wood grain patterns printed on a paper base material, and sheets laminated with polyester films. Although these decorative materials have a wood grain pattern, their texture is different from that of real wood, giving them the impression of imitations. Trends in demand show that luxury products are preferred, and products that look more and more like real wood are desired.

フィルムの破片である。The decorative material of the present invention basically has a synthetic resin layer (2) embossed on a base material (1) and a printed layer (3) with a wood grain pattern, as shown in FIG. The recessed portion of the embossment is filled with colored ink (4). In a preferred embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, a pattern printing layer or a concealing solid printing layer is provided with a concealing solid printing layer (6) and a gloss adjustment layer (7) that also serves as surface protection on the surface of the synthetic resin layer. By providing a glittering colored layer on top, a decorative material with a texture roughly similar to that of wood can be obtained. As the paper base material, thin paper is typically used. In addition, paper sheets such as bleached or unbleached kraft paper, high-quality paper, latex-impregnated paper, mixed paper containing plastic fibers, titanium paper, linter paper, paperboard, and gypsum board paper can be used. As shown in Fig. 3, the method for producing a decorative material of the present invention is to provide a synthetic resin layer (2) on a base material (1), print a wood grain pattern (3), and then emboss it. By giving unevenness to the synthetic resin layer as shown in Figure 4 and applying colored ink (4) and wiping as shown in Figure 5, no ink remains in the recesses (5) of the embossing. Become. In carrying out the above method, the base material and a gloss adjustment layer, a pattern printing layer, and a concealing solid printing layer are laminated in sequence on a suitable releasable base material, and are laminated at the same time as the synthetic resin layer is formed. Alternatively, it is also possible to adopt a method in which a synthetic resin is laminated on either one and then the two are crimped. The synthetic resin layer provided on the base material is typically formed of polyolefin resin such as polyethylene, but other materials selected from thermoplastic resins and thermosetting resins may also be used. For forming the synthetic resin layer, extrusion or other coating means are selected depending on the physical properties of the synthetic resin used. The thickness of the synthetic resin layer needs to be 5μ or more in order to achieve the purpose of creating depth by embossing, and preferably 20μ or more and 5#1I11 or less. The ink or coating composition for forming the woodgrain pattern printing layer and the concealing solid printing layer provided as necessary includes a vehicle, a colorant such as a pigment or dye, a plasticizer, a stabilizer,
A material obtained by kneading other additives, a solvent, or a diluent is used. Suitable materials for the vehicle include cellulose derivatives such as nitrocellulose, styrene resin, acrylic resin, rosin, rosin ester resin, polyvinyl acetate,
These include polyvinyl chloride, polyester, polyurethane, butyral resin, etc. The embossing should be linear, such as a hairline, to make the grain look like grain, and one that expresses the conduit grooves of the wood grain is particularly suitable. The colored ink is filled into the recesses formed by embossing by a wiping method using a doctor blade or a roll. The colored ink used here is made of urethane resin, acrylic resin, polyester, or other commonly used vehicle with pigment added. A two-component curing type with good adhesion and solvent resistance is preferred. The gloss adjustment layer is formed by applying a paint containing an appropriate amount of gloss adjustment agent dispersed in an appropriate vehicle. As the vehicle, any resin such as a thermoplastic resin, a thermosetting resin, an ultraviolet curable resin, or an electron beam curable resin can be used. The gloss adjustment layer can also be formed by combining two or more types of paints with different matte degrees. When the gloss adjustment layer is provided in a pattern that matches the pattern underneath, the visual three-dimensional effect is increased. As described above, a glittering colored layer is provided on the concealing solid printing layer or the pattern printing layer, if desired. This reproduces the so-called "shine" of wood and enhances its texture. Examples of pigments forming the glittering colored layer are (a) pearl pigment, (b) metal powder, and (c) fragments of vapor-deposited plastic film.

使用した本発明の化粧材には、その心配がない。Printing with the desired effect can be easily achieved by following the steps of using a paper sheet as a base material, providing a synthetic resin layer thereon, printing a wood grain pattern, and then embossing it.
By filling the recesses provided by embossing with colored ink using a wiping method, an appearance resembling a wood grain conduit is obtained, and in combination with the above printing, a pattern reminiscent of true wood grain is achieved. The luster-adjusting layer and the glittering colored layer assist in this effect and help produce a texture that is even closer to that of natural wood. Decorative materials using plastic film as a base material may have their designs deformed by heat, but the decorative material of the present invention that uses a paper sheet as a base material does not have such concerns.

High-density polyethylene "
Milanan 14'' (Mitsui Polychemicals) was coated to a thickness of 50 μm. The surface of the polyethylene layer is treated with corona discharge to increase the "wetting index" to 38 dyne/d or more,
It was used as a base material. The above-described concealing solid printing ink was printed on the corona discharge treated surface of this base material, and gravure solid printing was performed thereon with the above-mentioned glitter coloring ink. Next, an oak pattern was gravure printed using the above pattern printing ink. The printed paper thus obtained was heated to 120°C to soften the polyethylene layer, and then passed through a hairline embossing roll (widthwise pitch 100-200μ) with a surface temperature of 20°C to create hairlines in the fiber direction of the oak grain pattern. The embossing was performed by matching the directions of the two. Next, colored ink rW- is applied to the surface having the embossed pattern.
141J (Showa Ink) was applied and wiped, and then the gloss adjustment paint mentioned above was roughly applied to the plate depth of 60mm.
It was applied with a μ gravure roll. In this way, the decorative material of the present invention was attached to a 4 m thick plywood board using vinyl acetate adhesive rAc315J (Chuo Rika). The obtained decorative board was comparable to board material cut from natural wood. [Effects of the Invention] The decorative material of the present invention has an appearance that closely resembles the grain of natural wood. As already mentioned. By selecting appropriate embossing and surface coating, the texture can be similar to that of wood. The decorative material of the present invention can be manufactured according to known techniques and does not require special equipment or materials. Not necessary. Materials are cheap, so
The decorative material of the present invention can be provided at a low price. If the decorative material of the present invention is used in the manufacture of house interiors, fittings, furniture, etc., high-quality products can be obtained at low cost.
