Claims (1)
- ゲート電極と、該ゲート電極に隣接して形成さ
れ電源電位導電膜に接続された第１の拡散層と、
前記ゲート電極に隣接して前記第１の拡散層の反
対側に形成され、前記ゲート電極に沿つて配置さ
れたコンタクトによつて内部回路に接続され、か
つ、該内部回路に接続されているコンタクトに平
行に配置されたコンタクトによつてボンデイング
パツドに接続された第２の拡散層とを有する入力
保護回路を具備することを特徴とする半導体集積
回路装置。
