Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 流体導入路が形成された流体導入ブロツク
    と、前記流体導入路に抵抗素子を介して接続され
    る減圧流体流路が形成された減圧流体流通ブロツ
    クと、前記減圧流体流路内の流体圧と前記流体導
    入路内の流体圧との圧力差を検出する差圧検出器
    と、前記減圧流体流路に調節弁を介して接続され
    る被調節流体流路が形成された被調節流体流通ブ
    ロツクとを備えた流量制御装置。 (2) 流体導入路に抵抗素子を介して接続された
    減圧流体流路と、この減圧流体流路内の流体圧と
    前記流体導入路内の流体圧との圧力差を検出する
    差圧検出器と、前記減圧流体流路に調節弁を介し
    て接続した被調節流体流路と、この被調節流体流
    路内の流体圧を検出する圧力センサと、前記差圧
    検出器の検出値が所定値となるように前記調節弁
    を制御する流量制御系と、前記圧力センサの検出
    値が所定値となるように前記調節弁を制御する圧
    力制御系と、これらの両制御系を選択的に作動さ
    せる制御系作動選択手段とを備えた流量制御装置
    。
