- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) センサ流路と並列にＯＮ／ＯＦＦ又は開度
調節可能なバルブと層流素子とをそれぞれ設置し
た複数本（ｎ本）のバイパス管路を有することを
特徴とする流量センサの広ダイナミツクレンジ装
置。 (2) 流量センサの精度保障範囲がａ％〜１００
％とするとき、バイパス管路の断面積Φｎが、 １００／ａ＝Φｎ／Φｎ−１ を満足することを特徴とする実用新案登録請求
