- 流体が通流する管体に、この流体の流れ方向を
斜めに横切る線上で相対向するように取付けられ
、超音波信号を送受して前記管体内を通流する流
体の流速または流量を測定する一対の超音波振動
子ユニツトを具備した超音波流速流量計において
、前記一対の超音波振動子ユニツトの前記管体へ
の取付部の径をそれぞれ異なる径としたことを特
徴とする超音波流速流量計。
