Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）弁箱内に形成され流入室１から流出室２へ連通す
    る流体流路中に配置された弁座３と、該弁座に対向して
    流入室側から着座するよう配置された弁体４と、該弁体
    に固着され流体流路と受圧室５とを区分形成する受圧体
    ６と、流入室から受圧室を介して流出室へ連通ずるパイ
    ロット流路７と該パイロット流路を流れる流体の流量を
    大小可変に制御する電気操作弁８と、流出室内の圧力を
    検知する圧力センサー９とを備え、該圧力センサーの出
    力に応じて電気操作弁を制御してなる流量制御弁。
  2. （２）前記電気操作弁は通電パルス巾を制御されるオン
    オフ電磁弁である実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の
    流量制御弁。
  3. （３）前記電気操作弁はパイロット流路の有効流路面積
    を可変制御してなるパルスモータ−駆動弁である実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の流量制御弁。
