Abstract

PURPOSE: To keep constant the turning of a valve for each load by controlling the differential pressure before and behind a valve which controls the amount of water supplied by means of the signals which are programmed according to the magnitude of a load.
CONSTITUTION: To a function generator 15, load signals 10 are supplied, and the generator generates the value which is obtained by adding the weighted differential pressure set value to the pressure of a temperature reducer in loading, then the resulted value is the target value 16 of the S/H (superheater) spray valve inlet pressure. An adder 17 subtracts inlet pressure 9 from the target value 16, and generates the deviation signal 18. Then, to a PI regulator 19, the deviation signals are supplied, and the regulator generates the operation amount 12 of an S/H spray pressure regulating valve 5. Thus, the pressure before the S/H spray valve is controlled according to a load, and the turning of the S/H spray valve is kept constant.
