- 流体設定回路と流体検出素子および変換器を有
し、かつ、形状記憶合金製の線材で弁体を弁箱側
に連結し、前記流体設定回路からのこの線材への
通電によるこの線材の記憶形状への回復力に応じ
て弁体が開弁されるようにした比例制御装置。
