- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 内筒１の外周に感熱素子２をゼンマイ状に捲き
つけ、そのゼンマイの内側端は内筒に固定し、外
側端は外筒３に固定する。 流体の温度変化による感熱素子の変形で内筒が
回転し、これに直結したバルブによつて流体通路
を増減して流量調節を行う構造。
