Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ケーシングで流体通路と弁口を形成し、温度変
    化に応じてオーステナイト相とマルテンサイト相
    間を可逆変態する形状記憶合金で作つた温度応動
    素子を流体通路に配置し、温度応動素子が被制御
    流体で加熱されて伸長する力で弁手段を駆動して
    弁口を閉じ、温度応動素子が被制御流体で冷却さ
    れて収縮しバイアスバネの力で弁手段を駆動して
    弁口を開き、温度応動素子のマルテンサイト相か
    らオーステナイト相への変態完了点近くでバイア
    スバネの荷重が作用するようにした温度応動弁。
