Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 流体入口及び流体出口を有する弁室内に形状記
    憶合金圧縮ばねと、高初張力を付与した引張ばね
    からなるバイアスばねとを配設し、前記バイアス
    ばねの一端を前記流体入口もしくは流体出口に固
    定し、他端を閉塞部材で密閉するとともに、前記
    圧縮ばねを前記流体入口もしくは流体出口側と前
    記閉塞部材との間に介装してなり、前記バイアス
    ばねの高初張力による閉力でもつて各コイル間の
    密着状態を確保するようにしたことを特徴とする
    温度感応弁装置。
