Claims (1)
- 流体流通路を形成した円筒状バルブボデイーと
、該バルブボデイーの流体流通路上に形成したバ
ルブシート、流体流通路のバルブシートを境とす
る上流側において往復動してバルブシート上の弁
孔の流路面積を変化させる可動弁と、流体流通路
のバルブシートを境とする下流側において前記可
動弁と連結して往復動するとともに流体流通用連
通孔を形成した孔明ピストンと、前記可動弁に弁
閉の下流方向付勢力を付与する弁閉側スプリング
と、前記孔明ピストンに弁開の上流方向付勢力を
付与する弁開側スプリングと、該弁開側スプリン
グと同様前記孔明ピストンに弁開の上流方向付勢
力を付与するとともに流体流通路を通る流体の温
度が高いときにバネ荷重が高くかつ流体の温度が
低いときにバネ荷重が低くなる形状記憶合金製弁
開側荷重変動スプリングとのそれぞれを備えるこ
とを特徴とする温度センサ付水量制限バルブ。
