Claims (1)
- 切換弁のポートに組込み可能なハウジングと、
ハウジングに設けた流路と、流路中に設けた弁座
と、弁座に対して流路の一端側から切離可能な弁
体と、流路に設けられ弁体を弁座に所定の圧力で
圧接させる付勢手段と、ハウジングに流路の弁座
部分と並列して設けられ流路よりも横断面積の狭
いバイパス流路と、を具備してなることを特徴と
する逆止弁付流量制御弁。
