Claims (1)
- 弁本体に、その１次口と２次口間に設けた弁座
に接離する主弁体をばねにより閉弁方向に付勢し
て設け、１次口と２次口間において主弁体の背圧
室を経由するバイパス通路を設け、バイパス通路
において背圧室を介在させつつ第１と第２のバイ
パス電磁弁を設けて成ることを特徴とする２段流
量電磁弁。
