Claims (1)
- 流体通路に設けられ第１のオリフイスを有する
オリフイス板と、前記流体通路に前記第１のオリ
フイスを開閉可能に配設され、且つ当該第１のオ
リフイスよりも小径の第２のオリフイスを形成さ
れ前記第１のオリフイスの閉塞時に当該第１のオ
リフイスから前記第２のオリフイスに切換る弁体
と、形状記憶合金部材により形成され前記流体通
路の流体温度により作動して前記弁体を駆動し前
記第１のオリフイスを開閉させる駆動部材とを備
えたことを特徴とする可変オリフイス。
