Claims (1)
- 弁孔と開閉自在に対向する弁体に閉方向の所定
弾圧力を付与する付勢手段を備えた弁装置におい
て、上記付勢手段を内部流路から流体密に遮断す
るとともに上記弁体を保持する金属製ダイヤフラ
ムを具備することを特徴とする弁装置。
