Claims (1)
- 弁本体内の流路中に設けた突起部に対向してダ
イヤフラムを設け、このダイヤフラムを弁軸によ
つて前記突起部に接触離間させ、ダイヤフラムと
突起部との間の通路断面積を変えるようにしたダ
イヤフラム弁において、前記ダイヤフラムのライ
ニング材と同等材質からなり流体圧により前記ダ
イヤフラムに押し付けられるピースを前記流路中
で前記突起部の上流側に配設し、弁開時にこのピ
ースと流路壁間の隙間により流量を制御するよう
にしたことを特徴とするダイヤフラム弁。
