割光検出器の正面図、第３図はその制御方式のブ
ロツク図、第４図ａは本考案を用いない場合の光
束の側面模式図、第４図ｂは本考案の実施例にお
ける光束の側面模式図、第５図は従来の面倒れ補

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 光束を射出する光源部と、この光源部から射出
    された光束を略平行光束にする第１結像光学系と
    、この第１結像光学系からの光束を反射して偏向
    走査する反射面を有する回転多面鏡と、前記反射
    面により偏向走査された走査光束を感光体に結像
    する第２結像光学系とを備えた光学走査装置にお
    いて、前記反射面により偏向走査された走査光束
    の光量を副走査方向に分割検出する二分割光検出
    器と、前記第１結像光学系の位置を変化させる駆
    動装置と、前記二分割光検出器からの検出信号に
    より前記反射面の倒れ量を検出するとともにこの
    倒れ量に応じて前記第１結像光学系の位置を副走
    査方向に変化させるよう前記駆動手段に制御信号
    を出力する面倒れ補正制御回路とを備えたことを
    特徴とする光学走査装置。
