Claims (1)
- ベース端部に揺動自在に軸支されたフレームと
、該フレームに装着された帯鋸刃と、上記ベース
上に配設され、被切断部材を挾持する固定部と可
動部を有し、かつ上記ベース上の枢軸部を基点に
して上記固定部に回動し切断角度を調整する角度
調整機を付設してなるバイス装置とを有する横形
帯鋸盤において、上記固定部の回動側端部に回動
自在に軸着されたスクリユ軸と、上記ベース上に
回動自在に取付けられ、上記スクリユ軸を挿通す
るホルダとを設け、該ホルダ内に上記スクリユ軸
が貫通する内孔を有し、該内孔上壁部に上記スク
リユ軸と螺合するねじ山が形成され、上記ホルダ
上部に回動自在に取付けられた切替レバーの操作
により上記ホルダ内を上下方向に摺動するように
した偏心ナツトを装着し、該偏心ナツトが上方に
移動したとき、上記スクリユ軸と上記偏心ナツト
のねじ山の螺合が解除され、上記偏心ナツトが下
方に移動したとき、該偏心ナツトの内孔が上記ス
クリユ軸の軸心に対して偏心し、該スクリユ軸が
上記偏心ナツトのねじ山に螺合するようにしたこ
とを特徴とする横形帯鋸盤におけるバイス装置の
角度調整機構。
