Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 印刷配線の孔と回路の原版となるフイルムの基
    準マークの画像を印刷配線板の表裏面より同時に
    得られるように対向して配設した画像入力機と、
    画像入力機で得た像に基づいて任意の像の中心測
    定を少なくとも２つ像に対して行う画像処理機構
    部と、画像処理機構部の中心測定値をある設定値
    より比較し判定を操作者に報知する演算機構と、
    画像入力機の焦点を印刷配線板の板厚に対して可
    変可能な移動機構と、画像入力機近傍に位置し、
    被測定物の画像を得る際に反射光による像並びに
    透過光による像を切り換える機構とを備えた証明
    部とを有することを特徴とする表裏ズレ検査機。
