    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 一つの信号入力端にそれぞれのベースが接続さ
    れた並列の複数個のエミツタホロワのＮＰＮトラ
    ンジスタと一つの信号出力端にそれぞれのコレク
    タが接続された並列の複数個のベース接地アンプ
    のＮＰＮトランジスタとが一つずつエミツタ同士
    がそれぞれ抵抗値の異なる抵抗で接続され一つの
    信号入力端と一つの信号出力端の間に並列に設け
    られた複数の増幅回路、該増幅回路のうちの任意
    の一つの増幅回路のエミツタホロワのＮＰＮトラ
    ンジスタとベース接地アンプのＮＰＮトランジス
    タのバイアス回路にのみバイアス電流が流れるよ
    うに各増幅回路のエミツタホロワのＮＰＮトラン
    ジスタとベース接地アンプのＮＰＮトランジスタ
    のバイアス回路を同時に切換えられる切換回路を
    備えた電圧利得切換アンプ。
