Claims (1)
- エミツタが第１の抵抗に共通接続されている複
数の第１の電流源トランジスタと、エミツタが第
２の抵抗に共通に接続されている複数の第２の電
流源トランジスタをそれぞれ複数の電流作動回路
に接続し、前記複数の電流作動回路の各々に接続
されている前記第１の電流源トランジスタと、前
記第２の電流源トランジスタの双方のベース電極
に、前記電流作動回路を選択するコントロール信
号が供給されていることを特徴とするマルチ定電
流源回路。
