Claims (1)
- 内面が熱反射構造の熱反射容器、同熱反射容器
内に設けられ上記熱反射容器との間に真空空間が
形成された反応容器、同反応容器内に配設され基
板加熱用ヒータが内装され基板が装着されたヒー
トシンク、上記反応容器内に上記基板に対峙して
配設されたフイラメント、上記基板加熱用ヒータ
とフイラメントに接続された電線の上記反応容器
貫通部分を覆うように上記反応容器内に設けられ
た熱遮蔽板、および上記熱反射容器を包むように
設けられた蓄放熱容器を備えたことを特徴とする
熱フイラメントＣＶＤ装置。
