すグラフである。 1:箱状空洞体、2:電熱ヒータ、3:セラミ

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 空洞体内に電熱ヒータを設置するとともに、加
    熱されて赤外線を放射するセラミツクス層を備え
    た多孔質金属板を前記電熱ヒータに設置して加熱
    面を構成したことを特徴とする赤外線ヒータ。
