子を接続する第3の抵抗素子と、前記発光ダイオ
ードが発する光によつてベース電流が流れるエミ
ツタが接地されたホトトランジスタと、前記ホト
トランジスタのコレクタと前記電源入力端子とを
接続する第4の抵抗素子と前記ホトトランジスタ
のコレクタに接続され該ホトトランジスタのコレ
クタ電圧を論理信号に変換する論理回路を備え、
前記論理回路の出力をリセツト信号とすることを
