ダイオード７のアノードを整流素子３の出力の他
端に接続し、かつ、ダイオード９に抵抗８を並列
接続し、定電圧ダイオード７、ダイオード９の接
続点をトランジスタＢ１０のベース１０Ｂに接続
したものにおいて、エミツタ６Ｅと定電圧ダイオ
ード７のアノード間の電圧を相補形集積回路１６
の高い電圧端子ＶＤＤ―ＶＳＳ間に接続し、更に
エミツタ１０Ｅと定電圧ダイオード７のアノード
間の電圧を相補形集積回路１６の低い電圧端子Ｉ
―ＶＳＳ間に接続したことを特徴とする電源回路
