流回路３の他端間に夫々のアノードを接続するダ
イオード９及び定電圧ダイオード７の直列回路を
設け、トランジスタ６、ダイオード９及び定電圧
ダイオード７を介して発生する高いＡ電圧Ｖ〓，
〓と、トランジスタ１０及び定電圧ダイオード７
を介して発生する低いＢ電圧Ｖ〓， とが夫々電
