るフオトカプラを含む回路において、前記フオト
カプラを構成している出力トランジスタのベース
・コレクタ間に、シヨツトキバリアダイオードを
アノードがベース順に、カソードがコレクタ側に
なるように接続したことを特徴とするフオトカプ
ラ回路。 (2) フオトカプラを構成している出力トランジ
スタに接続される出力回路を、ベースが前記出力
トランジスタのコレクタに接続されるとともに抵
抗を介して正電源に接続され、コレクタが出力端
子に接続されるとともに抵抗を介して正電源に接
続され、エミツタが基準電位に接続されたトラン
ジスタで構成した実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
