次形成し、上記サブストレートの裏面に裏面電極
を形成したスイツチングダイオードにおいて、 前記サブストレートが不純物としてリンをドー
ピングしたものであり、且つ上記裏面電極がサブ
ストレート側のチタン層と中間のニツケル層と外
側の銀層より成るものであることを特徴とするス
イツチングダイオード。
