    方の電極が配置されるとともに、裏面側にはくし
    形、格子形または点状のＰＮ接合が形成され、こ
    のＰＮ接合部分に一方の電極またＰＮ接合のない
    部分に極性の異なる他方の電極がそれぞれ配置さ
    れてなることを特徴とする太陽電池セル。
